I had reservations for midnight after leaving a dinner date and entered the establishment at 12:02 am. As I approached the desk, I was greeted with pleasantry; however, when mentioning my reservation for the speakeasy, the lady says I think they're gone, but another gentleman that works there says, they're on the roof. The lady made a call and mentioned my name and reservation, she then responded to me saying they were done, they tried reaching out to me, and since they couldn't get in contact with me, they left. I was flabbergasted by that remark, it didn't even make sense to me. I checked my call log and email in front of her, and I responded to her that I have nothing from you all. The woman apologized and my date and I left to proceed to a different speakeasy. So that's why my rating is the way it is for this establishment speakeasy. Maybe one day I'll have a chance to try this speakeasy, and my rating could be different.

The atmosphere was awesome! The cocktails were great! ... Why did I give it 3 stars? The server on the floor, I believe her name was Jennifer (or something like that - shorter lady with dark hair), her attitude was absolutely atrocious. Her attitude went completely against the vibe of this bar.You walk in, expecting to have a good time, and then you interact with her and you immediately want to leave. I would recommend for her to get a swift attitude adjustment, or find someone else who fits the bar's vibe more appropriately. The unfortunate thing is that all of the tables around us had the same experience. That cannot be good for the bar. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she needs to learn to compartmentalize, and be a proper ambassador of the establishment. Overall, impressed with the bar, not impressed with her.If she's working the floor, I recommend you sit at the bar, or prepare to be served by someone with a terrible attitude, likely to disrupt your experience.

Lovely experience! Live Jazz from 7-10 was wonderful. Only disappointment was that my receipt showed higher prices for the drinks I ordered as compared to the menu. The waitress corrected the issue after some discussion. Double check your receipt!

We had a reservation at 10:15. Not sure why they would accept a reservation at that time being as last call was at 10:30. Felt very rushed and almost $300 for five drinks is a little pricey!!

I was not a huge fan of the new cocktail selection. The jazz band was really good but after they finished playing the place went completely silent. Not even background music. That was kind of off.

Great ambience. Very sexy and romantic vibe. Tables are close together, therefore it was difficult to have a private conversation. Food and drinks were mediocre for the price. We had one drink a flatbread pizza and left. We went to Allegory right afterwards, which was excellent.

We had ordered a whisky and a cocktail, the glass the whisky came in was covered in salt so we asked the server if they could pour a new one. She poured the same cup of whisky into a new glass and served it to us. The whisky was salty (which was $22 a single measure!) and it was unfortunate that she didn’t care enough to pour a new dram into a clean glass given the price. She was very busy in her defense but we would have happily waited for a new pour. It is unsanitary to have a glass still half rimmed with salt from a previous drink and to just pour into a new glass. But maybe this is how this bar is run. Would not come back.

This experience was truly one of a kind- unique cocktails I had never tried before, with the cozy vibes of an old school speakeasy complete with ambient music. This is the perfect date night spot since the drinks are so special. The staff were all extremely helpful from the moment I arrived. The menu was explained to me in detail and the bartender took his time to ensure I ordered drinks I actually loved (I am usually very picky). I will 100% be coming back again, and would recommend this spot to anyone.

Cocktails are fantastic, service is solid. BUT... they did last call at 11:45 and turned on the lights before midnight on a Saturday when the closing time is supposed to be 1am--inhospitable, and bordering on rude, as every seat at the bar and all but one table was occupied. We (and likely the many other guests still there) would have happily ordered another round or two in that hour if they hadn't kicked us out. I expect much better hospitality from a place like The Graham. Very disappointing.

A cool little venue, but the drinks are absurdly priced, and we came to hear Jazz (which had been advertised on Saturday nights until 11:00) and there was no music whatsoever. Disappointing. I wouldn't mind the $20+ drink prices if there had been live music.

Great location and ambiance. The rest is terrible. Service was slow (there were maybe 10 tables and it took 20 minutes to even put our drink order in). Food was poor quality and clearly just re-heated frozen meals. In fact, the beef we got was still cold. Drinks were weak and had a poor taste. Horrifically over-priced for what you're getting. 2 drinks, 1 flat bread, fries, and a some beef tenderloin tips came out to $110 (with auto included 20% service charge). Frankly, you can get better food at McDonald's and make your own G&T for a fraction of that price. The telltale sign that even the servers know it's not great is they don't ask "how did you like your meal?" they just quietly give you your check and move you along. They know it's garbage too. I remember this place being great years ago, so maybe we hit it on an off night but it was terribly disappointing this go around.
