This is probably going to be my favorite place to karaoke in DC. I have gone twice so far and LOVED the experience both times. There is an eclectic mix of people who come, so the music variety is great. The drinks are decent and the food is good. I love that they have hookahs. The ONLY down side is they don't really have an attentive staff/service. Trying to get new coals for my hookah, both times, was like pulling teeth.

We went to the Artemis to check out the happy hour and to see the sports bar.It's a really cool spot with a first level with tables and chairs.And a bar and upstairs is actually the sports bar area where they're seating, as well as outdoor decor and TV's screens on the walls.It's a really cool spot.You should check it out.

On the Wednesday I attended, the live music slayed and the singer killed every song she sang! Definitely recommend making your way down there for some spirits and some songs as you will not regret it

How does one shot, did not even use proper shot glass barely 1 OZ cost $18, me and my friend just wanted to do one shot each and was charged $36 for 2 shots of casamigos… on top of that the waitress or whatever was behind the bar did not even ask or tell us to wait or that she was having issues with the system or anything she was just sitting, after 5 mins I had to wave my hands to get her attention.

gumbo has been better... bartender seemed to care less about working.not bad service but I don't want to hear staff complain about working.hss nothing to do with my dining experience.

As a performer here, I can guarantee you. This is the best place I’ve ever performed at. Drinks & Food are A1. I definitely recommend this every Wednesday night if you’re looking for Live Music.

Artemis is our very own “cheers” bar in DC. I love coming here. Each time, I’m greeted with world class service and hospitality. Jay and Mike make me feel like family. Between the events, delicious food, and superb drinks, Artemis is easily my favorite bar in DC.
Vegetarian options: The veggie wrap is delectable. I get it every time. Vegetables are clearly fresh.
