I came to the Artemis to watch the A&M game and they were great. The bartender was super helpful and made sure I was taken care of the whole time.
I had a few gin and tonics and they tasted good. They were only like 5 dollars each. The bar itself is two stories, has a ton of televisions ,and even some outside seating. They also had a really fun karaoke night when I was there.
Would highly recommend for a night out with friends or just whenever you want to watch sports.

The vibe of this place was cool. It was karaoke night and it was pretty dry. There were about 20 people, including the workers. However, the chicken wings were really good with the seasoned fries. The drinks could have been a little better.

So I started coming non Sundays to play under the World Tavern Poker. And I ended up really enjoying my time. I know they have other activities throughout the week so if you have time come through and check them out

The hospitality was amazing. I really enjoyed myself here.
Excellent service, comfortable vibe...pizza was good to me, unfortunately 🙄 the homie was lactose intolerant though 🤣🤣 , but if you're looking for a spot with great service, an off the grid... I'd recommend it... Two floors, beautiful waitresses, calm environment... Quiet for now... Eventually it won't be...
The Artemis is cool for a beer and a game, or if you like your alcohol straight. The catfish sandwich is my staple! The workers are also usually pretty cool. The owner is kind of a jerk. I’ve gone every week for the past year and a half. Last week I asked to add a chicken (already on the menu) to the veggie wrap (trying to have a low carb, high protein meal. The cook was prepared to do it, the bartender already up charged me for it. The owner came and canceled my order. You would think a little loyalty could take you somewhere. This kind of felt like the straw to me. So,there are other places for me to spend my Wednesday nights. The Artemis is not bad for a neighborhood hang out.

I recently visited The Artemis in Columbia Heights to catch a game with friends. The venue boasts an impressive setup ensuring you won't miss a moment of the action. The atmosphere is lively, especially during events like karaoke on Saturdays and live music on Wednesdays .
The food menu offers a variety of options, including Cajun-inspired dishes like gumbo and étouffée, as well as comfort foods such as wings and fried okra. Although, I didn’t eat my friends did and said that the food was tasty and the wings were their fav.
Overall, The Artemis offers a solid sports bar experience.

This is probably going to be my favorite place to karaoke in DC. I have gone twice so far and LOVED the experience both times. There is an eclectic mix of people who come, so the music variety is great. The drinks are decent and the food is good. I love that they have hookahs. The ONLY down side is they don't really have an attentive staff/service. Trying to get new coals for my hookah, both times, was like pulling teeth.

We went to the Artemis to check out the happy hour and to see the sports bar. It's a really cool spot with a first level with tables and chairs. And a bar and upstairs is actually the sports bar area where they're seating, as well as outdoor decor and TV's screens on the walls. It's a really cool spot. You should check it out.
