This was my second time visiting the restaurant, and once again, I had a fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, our server Amiya greeted us with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her service was truly outstanding, friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. She offered great advice and suggestions from the menu, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious, from the food to the drinks.
Her dedication to making our visit enjoyable did not go unnoticed. Amiya is truly an asset to The Boiling Crab, and her exceptional customer service made our evening even more special.
I've already recommended this place to my family and friends, and I’ll continue to do so. Thank you for another wonderful visit. 10 out of 10!

Cheap crab place, funny and good! Can be a bit pricey, but plenty of choices. Staff is kind and place especially on the upper floor nice for a fun dinner

I’ve been wanting to come here for YEARS ever since I saw the Try Guys at one of the California locations. My sister and I had Latoya as our server and she was such a vibe loved her. DO expect to pay at least 45$ on a boil bag, got blue crab a cluster of snow crab both delicious.

I am so disappointed with my first experience here. I ordered shrimp and crabber fries. I waited a nice little bit of time and my fries came out cold. How you serve me cold fries? The whole experience was a let down. I won't be back.
This was my third time here, but my first time in over a year. I was disappointed in the crabby fries (lemon pepper). It used to be made with jump lump crab and now it isn’t. I think they are using back fin now.I wish I took a picture. This dish was the main reason I came. I also had the Bang Bang shrimp which was still very good. The service was on point and more than made up for any deficiencies with the food.

I didn't get a chance to eat there. I was looking for fried fish and this place really specializes and crab boils. They do have fried catfish, but I'm making a review because they're customer service is out of this world period I spoke with someone on the phone and they didn't mind answering questions. They told me exactly what the food would be and how they're going to prepare it, l definitely will go there when I'm ready to eat a crab boil, they said that they also have crawfish, boils. The customer service was top tier!

My friends and came I here before and it was such a great experience. However, the second time we came, the restaurant had a big party (like 100+ people) upstairs and absolutely neglected the other tables that were in the restaurant. We were there for 3+ hours and we kept having to remind staff that we were missing food, or that we didn’t get the right things that we ordered. If you knew people were coming ahead of time, why not hire more staff to cover other tables or simply close down the bottom part of the restaurant? Overall disappointing experience and never coming back.

took my husband out to dinner for his birthday and found a bug in our meal … I didn’t get to try it so I can’t say it was good food or not reguardles but for surely disappointing & we drive an hour to get here.
