Such a fun bar. We were in search of a last minute pub to grab a quick dinner and drinks. This was the perfect hole in the wall with super kind staff, delicious food, and a great beer selection. The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for.

Can't rate The Bottom Line high enough. Great atmosphere, great service and I personally loved the food. Was a little loud when I went in but that's standard for me for most bars! Don't let it put you off, if you are in the area, give The Bottom Line a try, you won't regret it. I had the quesadillas (one beef and one seasoned chicken) which were really nice. Would recommend the ground beef over the chicken personally but both were really tasty.

I like this bar because it's more local than corporate and cheaper. The service is good but the food is average and they no longer have Peroni. I still go here often and recommend you do too.

A lovely barman who made sure that despite the rowdy people, we felt welcome. Too loud on a Saturday evening and music didn't help

Nice stop off for a pint
Good food. Friendly staff.
But they have the worst Dyson hand drier ever! It is installed so high that the water is blasted from your hand directly into your face.

Very nice bar with good atmosphere, interior, very friendly and efficient staff. Great cider and really enjoyed the Sangiovese. Only in DC a few days and would happily return.

This is a local bar you want. Nothing fancy. Nothing big. Decent food at decent prices. Not upscale, but not a dive. Just a normal person place.

We stopped in on a Saturday late afternoon. We only had drinks and the staff were great. It was a hot day and they offered water to start us out. One in our party ordered a mule and really liked it. We decided to go someplace else for dinner but the menu looked tasty.
They had several tvs on with the Olympics showing. It was obvious a group had stopped in to watch one of the events because they were cheering like crazy. This place has a neighborhood bar kind of feel.
Next time I'm in this part of DC I'll keep this place in mind as a potential stop for food and drinks.
