For many years this place was our favorite spot for my family, but this week we didn’t have same experience, always was delicious and delightful but not this day the carry out box is too big for the cupcakes it was a complete mess

We recently ordered a cake from the CakeRoom for a staff member's farewell party. The cake was flavorful and delicious, and we received top-notch service from the CakeRoom staff. Thanks again!

Cupcakes didn’t have much flavor, my strawberry ones wasn’t as fresh they were stale, red velvet and carrot ones idk my daughter ate the rest. Will give them a try again one day.

The red velvet cupcake is really good!

Ordered off the too good to go app and got what looks like crumbs scraped up off the floor. Not sure if this is even edible, why it looks so bad, or how this is even considered a product they would offer to sell as excess at the end of the day.

I just threw the 2 boxes of cake trash in the garbage. Will not order from here again and definitely showing this 'order' to friends. Despicable

They need more servers. There should always be 2 people on staff if it's not going to be a sit down and eat spot. They have a great selection and it looks great. I don't understand why bakeries don't like presenting the inside of their cakes. They always show the over iced part. I want to see what's in it. Turn the cake around. Anyways the store clerk was very nice and patient. But I think only having one person on at a time causes walk aways. Maybe offer a take and go self help option. Like a vending machine. This will help your regulars stay regular and get their fix and don't feel inconvenienced. There was some other guy there unwilling to help, which is fine if you're off the clock, but looks strange to customers. Now about the cake. I had the red velvet and chocolate original. Both were good cakes, but neither were true to form. They kinda tasted like a generic recipe with food coloring. I have an annoying sweet tooth and I only went once, because the first time was such a chore. Get more help.

They claimed they’d be open from 9 to 12 today for Thanksgiving pies, but when I arrived promptly at 9, the place was completely deserted. I waited until 9:15, thinking maybe they cared enough to show up, but nobody was there… disrespect for your customers’ time and trust.

Harry Potter Cake (Chocolate/Vanilla Frosting)

My Wife and I tend to not care for chocolate cake, but this one was the most delicious and satisfying cake we have both ever had!

I decided to order another chocolate cake but with Oreo Frosting

A few days ago, I ordered a cake from here for my engagement party, and I was extremely disappointed. The taste, quality, and design were nothing like what I requested. They charged me around $144, but the cake wasn’t even worth $20. It was so bad that no one could eat it, and I ended up throwing the whole thing in the trash. I’ll never order from this place again.

Friendly, quick service. Delicious cheesecakes and "brookie" (brownie cookie). Very fair price for the area of the shoo, slice size, and quality. Cute shop. Couldn't ask for more!

It was about $5 a slice and $3.50 for the brookie.

We always go to The CakeRoom for our kids' birthday cakes and cupcakes, they're the best! For my daughter's cake, they made a beautiful frosting drawing of a science set on top, just as we'd requested. Really beautiful work. The staff are very helpful and flexible. Highly recommend!

I was initially nervous to place a (birthday) cake order online but I took a chance given the reviews were positive. The CakeRoom did not disappoint!! High quality ingredients and the cake was beautifully done. The person who assisted me at pickup was kind and professional. The CakeRoom also has vegan options available which is great! I look forward to ordering from here again :)

Dietary restrictions: The CakeRoom offered a few vegan items.

Although I placed the order days in advance. the cake completely fell apart and looks rushed. Also that’s about two inch layer of cream chase filling. This is unacceptable for a cake that cost well over $65 dollars
