I went to pick up my cupcakes on Saturday and parked near a fire hydrant, thinking I’d run in and grab them real quick—only to realize I had placed the order for the wrong pickup date! Luckily, they happened to have the lemon lavender cupcakes my client wanted. Mikaela was so kind and had them boxed up and ready for me in under 10 minutes. Her customer service was a 10/10, and the cupcakes were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

The girl who answered the phone was rude. I kept getting put on hold. After 20 minutes of being on and off hold, she got the inscription wrong TWICE. Then hung up on me. I have ordered from them in the past. I will NEVER order from them again. EVER. The owner should fire the girl who answered the phone immediately.
