It's a place which we would visit again and again. It's very popular so also very busy and you should be prepared to wait a bit for a table. At our first visit we chose key lime cheesecake ( USD 11.95) and pineapple upside-down cake (USD 12.50) and to drink we ordered coconut limeade (USD 6) and tropical ginger cooler (USD6.50). In total with tax we paid USD40.65. At our second visit a few days later we decided to have a dinner there. We had eggroll sampler (USD19.50), orange cauliflower bowl (USD13.95) and chicken chipotle past (USD27.50) Everything came warm and was very tasty. We got also nice homebaked samples of bread and butter. To drink this time my husband chose tropical ginger cooler (USD6.50) and I had passion mint fizz (USD6.50) - both great drinks. In total with tax we paid USD81.35. Everything we ate and dunk both times was very good and we enjoyed it. Rose who served us at the first visit was kind and served us well. Juan who served us at our second visit was very helpful with our choice, knowledgeable about the food and he was very kind too. The toilets were clean. We saw many people having meals too. I would recommend to visit it.
After my mom's eye surgery we went to the location in Friendship heights. We got a really nice attentive server named Michelle. We had a nice table near the street where we could people watch by the window. However I didn't remember until i got home that one of the best thing is the bread which our server forgot. Coffee was ok. M y mashed potatos was horrible and tasted hard and old. My mom's salmon with rice and brocolli was cold. We asked nicely if this could be heated up. The very hot plate came back but food was still cold. Salmon tasted like mush, nasty. The salmon poke for my aunt was good But with a $21 glass of wine and 3 cheesecakes everything came to nearly $150. I am a good tipper so i left a $30 tip. O, my veges were under my orange chicken wilted and brown. Very disappointed!!
Service was very slow. Food was excellent as always. Server failed to mention that I could have saved 10 bucks by getting my parking pass validated. Had to wait on everything with this server. No coffee?

Cheesecake was great (as expected) but the food was very mediocre. Service is up to par and the place is set up well.. three stars because the food is always hit or miss

I LOVE the carbonara at The Cheesecake Factory!! The last time we had it delivered it was absolutely wonderful. However, this time it is simply spaghetti noodles with the slightest hint of carbonara. I’m basically eating dry noodles, bacon, and English peas. We actually ordered two of these and one is mediocre while the other is just spaghetti noodles. I’m very disappointed in the variation of quality here. This is inedible. I could cook noodles, peas, and bacon myself for $3 if that’s all that I wanted.

Unfortunately it was a terrible experience- came in at 3:55pm, didn’t get (2) drinks until 4:50 (and no bread) with no server in sight the entire time. One of the other servers in an adjacent area tried to help us out but with it not being his area we went overlooked. Finally the manager came over to see how it was and having ordered 40 minutes previous, told us there was no food order in the system at 5pm. We left without eating.

$57 delivery for 2 mid chicken Asian salads. The Chinese chicken salad used to be iconic but now it’s just sad. Looked and tasted like a premade Traders Joes salad but 5x the $$
Very small portion of chicken had the feel of being cooked days ago, some lettuce was browning at the edges, and the thick Chinese dressing is sickly sweet.
1 salad is big enough for 2 to share so we didnt even try the thai salad..or maybe we just weren’t interested in more yuck

Located on Wisconsin, accessible by the Embassy Suites hotel and street level. Typical CF fare. Service is great! The only caveat - the restaurant needs a deep cleaning. We sat upstairs and our booth was very dusty (and lots of food crumbs on the cushions).
