The Cheesecake Factory

The waiter took to long to service a table of 4 adults and two children. It was about an hourlong for three of the us to receive our food and after it came to our table to eat it was cold. My daughter complained about the service to the manager and she requested a discount. Two of us already paid so the manager gave us a free cheesecake after the poor quality of service. The restaurant upstairs and downstairs was not crowded so there was no reason for the food to take that long to cook simple meals and serve. It was my granddaughter graduation dinner so I expected better service.😡

Slow and inconsistent service. Food took forever even though they did not seem overly busy. A little over priced in my opinion.

The food is good when is comes but this restaurant has a problem with communication and it affects your overall experience. The staff and management are just not what singing the same toon.

Me and two kids came in and a few seconds before an older gentleman alone. The downstairs host informs us we can sit down stairs but we can be seated upstairs. I walk up stairs with my 30 pound toddler just to be told they are open despite having no hot water and they aren’t seating people yet…..

I guess the mall is closing so maybe this cheesecake factory will be closing also soon. This location just really knows how to ruin a classic brand 💀 supervisor pictured could care less

The only reason I gave this review a 4 is because we experienced just lunch time. Although rather pleasant, the restaurant was not full. Going back on a Friday on a beautiful spring night. Definitely would recommend this location

Fresh prompt and good service on a Monday

Was here yesterday 5/17 for a birthday dinner. Service was horrible and slow. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating but it is not her fault that the food was bad. Every dish our table of 17 received was either cold or tasteless or a combination of the two. Our drinks took so long by the time we got them they were watered down from ice so no alcohol in sight. On top of that, my two year old son and I both woke up this morning 5/18 vomiting and having diarrhea. I truly believe we contracted food poisoning from eating here yesterday evening 5/17/25. I am really not happy about this and I don’t ever plan to patronize this establishment anymore.

Super yummy coconut cream cheese cake

Overpriced and low quality. The chicken Parm sandwich reminds one of a fast food joint. Rubbery, surely frozen issue chicken. Bland fries. Even the cheesecake was Sub par, creamy not brittle like a real cake. Very slow service, cold ambience and decor. Never going back. It could be that this store ruins it for the chain but I won't take the risk to try another location.

Extremely disappointed with my visit to The Cheesecake Factory. The food was poor quality, the service was slow, and to top it off, the waiter decided to keep a $10 tip without my consent. No complementary service offered either. I’ll never be back — this place should have closed down 10 years ago.

Upon entering the restaurant i smelled something rotten/dead. We were seated by the host and once seated i keep smelling the odor of a dead rat. I asked to moved and informed the server of the smell and also the host. We were seated on the other side of restaurant and throughout our meal i kept smelling the say odor of a dead rat. Possibly in the walls since the Chevy Chase Pavillion is now empty with no stores there. Will NEVER return there again! Server was more interested in the party of 8 and never checked on our table. We had to keep asking for things over and over again.

I'm definitely disappointed me and my children enjoy going to different cheesecake factories in different locations. This by far was the worst one. There was a really bad smell walking in. Also, the cheesecake tasted really weird in which we ended up trashing all of our desserts. A waste of time and money. We were looking forward to having cheesecake today. This just wasn't it..
