We had the five-course dinner at The Dabney, and it was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Wonderful food and drinks. I hate cauliflower but loved the cauliflower soup! I dislike peanut butter in most food but loved the baked Virginia! Just shows how ingredients you think you don't like become wonderful in the hands of a great chef! Service was good, as were descriptions of cuisine, but not quite the level I expected for a Michelin. Getting fresh ground pepper was a challenge, for example.

Fantastic service, ambience, sweet potato fish slider snack is a must! Got the steak, but other tables with the fish looked excellent. Not a big dessert person, but the baked Virginia was fantastic...
