I've been going to the diner since 2012. Went there on Saturday and it was definitely a let down. It was around 11am ,we ordered a monte cristo and a diner Royale. Both orders came with stale home fries... Huh??? I've never had something fried come out stale. Are they pre frying and keeping it warm?
Eggs ordered fried hard. They came out a bit burnt and I could taste the cooking oil on the egg which was not great to say the least.
Monte cristo was fine except for half the plate was their stale home fries.
I'm not sure if it's the ingredients or prep but the quality has gone down and it's sad to spend close to 70 bucks to eat stale food.

Love the concept aesthetic and food of this place. the seat yourself concept, the double milkshake serving, plus the kind staff and the food is also unbeatable. The chicken and french toast is a must try, the breakfast burrito is decent. Loved the peanut butter milkshake!

Went here on a beautiful Sunday morning after being awake for nearly 30 hours. Got the classic eggs benedict, and both eggs were poached to perfection. The home fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, perfect for mopping up the remaining yolk and hollandaise. Portion size was generous, staff were friendly and attentive, and the large windows at the front are perfect for people watching while you dine. All in all a great experience, and I will be coming back again to try their lunch/dinner fair in the near future. Happy to have found this lovely spot.

I would brunch here every week! The food is tasty, prices are reasonable and the staff was super nice calling us “my friend.” I would definitely go again. My order was The Diner Royale. I ordered a side of tater tots 😉

How can a diner not even get a simple cheeseburger right? I order medium and they send me via Uber eats a plate of raw ground beef. How lazy can you get in the kitchen?

Some years ago this was the spot to go for late-night but let me tell you now don't waste your time or money OMG where to start . First off the coffee was cold the service was horrible the MANGEMENT was the worst I've ever seen ever so the Food was cold who serves cold eggs cold French toast room temperature milk hard bacon which I said dont fry hard ohh it gets worse on the menu it says chicken and French toast with 2 thighs which i like and I told her please dont fry hard not only was it hard it was chicken tenders like really and cold unacceptable management got upset when we started to bring the issues to her attention so then the security come and stands bye are table like we were criminals one of are guest wasn't feeling well so she couldn't eat her food so she went to the bathroom how bout the manger come and say if a guest is throwing up from being drunk in the bathroom we all has to leave first off no one was drunk I couldn't believe she fixed her lips to say those words to me and me coming from reasturant management all I can say is The Diner is Horrible and not worth your time or anybody s else's

Debated whether to post. If you have money, Spend it as you please. For me, the 17$ now $18 dollar tuna fish was good, but you need to work on presentation. Yes, I'll use presentation. Nice word. Soggy and inconsistent, not nice words. Good overall. Within a few month to see that price jump was WILD! I drop what I was doing to do market research, because a dollar jump so fast is WILD and would impact more then this Diner. So, to all others, if you have money. The DINER!!! :)
Otherwise, what? $18 for inconsistently created tuna on bread? I wont pay that. You have hundreds from me alone, but now I can't logical recommend this friends or coworkers because I know of the price JUMP difference.! (UNLESS Doordash has changed your prices without your knowledge. ) -

I’d say find something else. It’s so-so. I ordered the Ponderosa Stomp Omelet. It was stuffed with overdone meats and too many jalapeños. The cream cheese was located in a ball on one side of the omelet and the pepper jack in a small area on the other. The egg surrounding it was thin and everything fell apart. Nothing seemed to bind together as the egg was a thin layer around it all. Very meh. Also, the home fries had no taste. For what I spent I could have went to a nicer place and gotten a lot better food. The service was very good.

Walked in and sat down at a table with my friend and after a few minutes a waitress (I think she was the manager… woman wearing a head scarf) took our order. Five minutes later, while waiting for our food, the booth immediately next to ours stood up in reaction to a cockroach on the table or in their food. Obviously, we no longer wanted our to eat anything served at this establishment. I left a $10 bill on the table (which was being VERY generous under the circumstances) and told the waitress that we saw what happened at the neighboring table (which they were aware of) and no longer wanted the food we ordered, then my friend and I proceeded to walk out. At the door, the huge bouncer (a bouncer for a diner should have been a red flag…) put his hands on me and said I couldn’t leave. They proceeded to try to hold us hostage until we paid for the food we ordered. They threatened to call the police, which was an obvious bluff… what would their complaint be? That we didn’t pay for food that we didn’t text or want? Lol. The whole situation was laughable and desperate. We ended up standing our ground, refusing to be extorted by these unprofessional, dirty animals. I should have taken my $10 bill back but figured they needed it more than I did obviously. AVOID THIS TRASHY DIRTY ZOO AT ALL COSTS
