Chicken Salad
Choice of grilled chicken breast or our Buffalo chicken tenders over a bed of mixed greens with bacon, cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers, onion and cheddar Jack cheese.
Chicken Tenders
100 % chicken breast tenderloins marinated like our famous wings and fried. Served with ranch or blue cheese. Tossed and sauteed in 1 of our signature sauces for an additional charge.

Caesar Salad
Chopped romaine lettuce with garlic croutons and shredded Parmesan cheese. Add grilled chicken, chicken tenders or grilled salmon for an additional charge.
House Salad
Mixed greens, chopped tomato, cucumber, onion and green pepper. Choice of bleu cheese, ranch or balsamic vinaigrette. Add chicken, salmon for an additional charge.

We grind our choice boneless chuck in house twice! Grilled and served with lettuce and tomato on a brioche bun. French fries included. Add American, provolone, Swiss, cheddar or Jack cheeses, bacon for an additional charge.

Grilled 4 oz. Atlantic tuna filet served on a brioche roll with lettuce, tomato, raw onion and tartar sauce and fries.

Talk about cheesy! Thick sourdough bread loaded with American, Swiss, provolone, cheddar and Jack cheeses then grilled. French fries included.
Corned Beef Sandwich
First cut lean corned beef brisket. Served traditionally Reuben style or cold with cole slaw. French fries included.
Jumbo BLT Sandwich
Thick toasted sourdough bread with a mound of fresh bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo. French fries included.
Exchange Steak and Cheese Sandwich
Served with french fries. Thinly sliced sirloin with American cheese, peppers, onions, lettuce tomato and mayo. You can sub grilled chicken.
Crab Cake Sandwich
Broiled lump crabcake sandwich on a brioche roll served with lettuce, tomato, onion tartar sauce and french fries.

Fried Shrimp
8 large breaded and fried gulf shrimp served with fries and cole slaw.
Salmon Entree
Grilled Atlantic salmon served with rice and house salad. Choice of dressing: blue cheese, ranch, balsamic vinaigrette. Extra dressing for an additional charge.
Grilled Chicken Entree
A double portion of our marinated chicken breast grilled and served with rice and house salad. Choice of dressing: blue cheese, ranch, balsamic vinaigrette. Extra dressing for an additional charge.
1/2 Roasted Chicken

What an amazing bar. The staff were polite, friendly anc very helpful. A great selection of drinks. The food was very tasty and well cook. If we were in Washington longer we would definitely be going back.

The service was amazing.
I recently stopped by The Exchange Saloon at 1719 G St NW and had a fantastic time. A few highlights:
Service & Atmosphere: The staff were notably friendly and attentive—the bartenders chatted with guests, and service felt personal even during a quick stop before a nearby event and heading home
