We had a wonderful experience with Chef Christina and highly recommend The Exotic Chef. We hired her for a small dinner party which she prepared expertly in our home. My kitchen has never produced food so amazing as when Chef Christina was at the helm! She worked with us to craft a perfect customized menu for our party and the finished dishes (and ample portions!) were enjoyed by all of our guests. Two days later they're still talking about the amazing food and what a gem Christina is. And as for me, it was beyond amazing to actually enjoy a dinner party at home because I wasn't hustling around in the kitchen all night. WELL worth it. THANK YOU Christina!

I'm so sorry that this review is so late! Christina is incredible! I had reached out about a small dinner being catered and dropped off for my husband's birthday. Christina not only responded to my inquiry, but she also came up with a custom menu for his birthday! The food was *fantastic*! Christina really went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday special! She even remembered that I mentioned my husband was having surgery, and that's why we couldn't go somewhere to celebrate that year -- and we had enough food for the next day so I didn't have to cook! There just aren't enough words to encapsulate how wonderful her energy is and her talent. To Christina, thank you so very much! I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with you and can't wait to experience your cooking again soon!

We were at Walter Reed, and the Exotic Chef was the restaurant of the day in the side area near the cafeteria. Delicious smells permiated the air coming from their direction. My nose brought me and the food caught me by delighted surprise! My husband got the jerk chicken, i got the beef and both of them were fantastic! By the way, the salad that came with it was even enough to write home about. We will be looking for you again for sure!

Maaaaaaaaannn!!!!! Where do I start, first off I was having THE HARDEST time finding someone that will provide the Personal/Private Chef Experience. When I finally got in touch with someone Chef Kristina responded immediately, I explained my dilemma and she stepped in, stepped up, and made it happen.My husband’s birthday dinner was phenomenal. I had a menu in mind and she just tweaked it and made it hers. It was the absolute best. My husband was in AWWW the entire experience. She served us and Chef Ebony made sure everything was wonderful. The menu included a 10oz Filet Mignon and a 14oz lobster that was butterflied for us to eat. We had honey garlic Parmesan wings with honey drizzle on them. Everything was wonderful, including the house salad…lol!!!The food was delicious seasoned just right. Just perfect. It was a great dinning experience to have in your home. These ladies will be my caters moving forward. Communication was SPOT ON. These ladies were proficient with time and everything. I promise I will be using The Exotic Chef again!
They came to my agency today for lunch and the Staff was very pleasant and Food was great. I had a salmon dish.

The Exotic Chef is phenomenal. I had the jerk chicken bowl along with a friend . This was my first time having it. Absolutely amazing. All of the flavors paired very well. The plantains were cooked to perfection, the salad was very fresh, the rice and beans were next level, the chicken was very moist. The sauce included within the salad made me want to go back and ask for the rest of the salad . To top it off the Chef is very personable and kind. She doesn't mind holding great conversation. I'm super excited to see where her business takes her . I'll definitely be supporting.

She put on one hell of a show during our initial tasting/meet and greet food was phenomenal at the tasting. This is how she reels you in and suckers you! However on the actual wedding day she was so disorganized, disappointing, food was dry and the so called prime rib was pit roast! Then she ghost you when you attempt to get your money back for stuff that wasn't as contracted. Also the potatoes are frozen hash browns! Just ridiculous! Let me save you the trouble she is a big disappointment both thumbs down!! Do not recommend! Beware she's all nice and sweet at first then she pulls the wool over your eyes and blindside's you best advice find another cater!
