Kudos to “Green Bee Cafe” for bringing the best from Carolina Classics! This catfish is crispy on the outside, soft and flaky on the inside, sweet, and perfectly elevated by a fresh, vibrant salad bed.
The food here is great. It may feel like a staging area for move when you walk in, but go right up to the counter and order your food. If you are in doubt, the fried chicken sandwich is a sure hit.
