Placed an online order with them at 615PM, by 8PM it still hadn't arrived. Called several times and no one picked up the phone. First and last time ordering with them.

I placed an online order with them at 615PM, by 8PM it still hadn't arrived. I called several times to check on the status but no one picked up the phone. First and last time I'll ever order from this place.

The pizza from this place is my favorite in the city! The cheese is real, the crust is flavorful, and the sauce is spicy and fresh. The owner is a very nice woman, as is everyone who works there. Their patio is lovely for patio dining.

The reviews about this place being a great pizza spot are spot on! I ordered the prima pizza without artichokes and it was really good. The crust was nice and crunchy with a nice garlic aftertaste. The 14 inch pizza was large enough to split between two people. If you're looking for a quick pizza choice if you're in Woodley Park!

My favorite neighborhood pizza joint! The owner is really sweet too.

We sat outside on the patio and could see the famous Washington sign. We had the veggie pizza with extra goat cheese and it was so good. Service was fast.

I had dinner with a colleague at the Italian’s Kitchen last month while on a business trip to DC. My colleague and I split and paid bill and continued to talk at our table when the waiter came back over to us to say that that the original charges made to our credit cards had “not gone through” and that he would need to run our cards a second time. We at first questioned this, but after he assured us that we would not be billed twice and that the restaurant nor our credit card companies would allow multiple charge, we both agreed to pay a second time. Nevertheless, after returning home we both found that we had been charged twice for our meals. I immediately contacted my credit card company (Bank of America) to file a dispute. However, after weeks of fighting with them they have decided to side with the restaurant. Note that I have also tried to contact the restaurant by phone. But they are closed because of the coronavirus. My only conclusion is that is a scam being run by the Italian’s Kitchen. So, I would like to warn other unsuspecting customers to please avoid this restaurant.

I’ve been here twice and loved it both times! It’s a nice mix of somewhat upscale Italian dining with affordable, yet tasty food. The restaurant is cozy and would be good for a date or a group of people. They have decent vegetarian options. I got the cheese manicotti both times... it’s so delicious. The portions are good— enough that you can finish most of it and feel pretty full. The staff is super friendly, and the house wine is really good and well-priced (I think it’s like $6 a glass all day? I don’t remember for sure, but I know it was cheaper than most Italian places per glass). I’d definitely recommend, if you want a nice, tasty Italian place that won’t break the bank!

I was afraid we had made a bad choice when i saw how undercooked (for my taste) the pizza looked in the picture on the menu, but when our pizza came out it was perfect and delicious.

The pizza was excellent and so was the calzone that my mother ordered. The service was quick and the waitress attentive. Reasonable prices. Great casual place for a quick bite.

Had the gnocchi and it was super flavourful. I'd definitely get again.

Had lunch here while attending a conference at a nearby hotel. The space is not particularly appealing, and it didn't help that there was a strange smell in the air. The pizza itself was pretty good, and the service was pleasant. I wouldn't rush back.

This site is my favorite place. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this restaurant. Whenever I feel like having a special lunch, this place comes first to my mind. superb and all kinds of food and a large menu.courteous staff, and good ambience. And very important, the price is modest. I suggest this place with no hesitation.
