I was there few months ago and didn’t have a good experience. First, front desk lied about tables not being available while they were available on the reservation App. She could’ve said reservations only Maybe! Anyways, someone got us a table. We sat down and ate but half way water formed a huge bowl in the sealing as if the paint is holding water but it was leaking right on my wife’s hair and jacket. They apologize and moved us to another table when they found that out.

These fancy business names gets us too hyped up but not worth it overall.

My family went to this place on Black Friday night. It was a kind of busy, and we weren't hungry that much, so we ordered duck fat fried fries, Tokyo tartare, and some skewers. It was okay. Also, we got smoked s'more, beignets and 24k molten sundae. The desserts were awesome. However, the service was bad because she was not attentive. We ordered a squash soup, but it never came, and she gave us the wrong cocktail. The worst and embarrassing thing was that one of the staff tried to explain those desserts, but she blocked him. It was an uncomfortable moment for him and us. Well,,, I am not going to go there again. The service was bad, and the price was not worth it.

I finally made it to Bourbon Steak this past Friday, and I have a few thoughts that I wish to share. The vibe and ambience were fantastic - kudos to you for that. It's worth noting though, the place felt a bit empty for a Friday night, which was surprising. 🤔

The cocktails certainly did not disappoint; they were exceptional and enjoyable. 🍸 The food, on the other hand, was just okay. Unfortunately, my experience with the prime steak burger was slightly marred due to a mix-up in the accompanying fries. I ordered the garlic and herb option but found a few truffle fries had been mixed in. This was rather disappointing as I am not a fan of truffle fries.

In terms of service, it was fine but did not exceed my expectations. I am writing this with a heavy heart as I was hoping for a more gratifying experience from your establishment. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not live up to a 5-star rating. 😔

I was expecting something more, something different from my night at Bourbon Steak. I trust you will take my feedback into consideration and work towards enhancing the overall dining experience at your restaurant.

Overall it was a nice experience. The temperature of the restaurant was extremely cold even with a jacket on, my husband felt the same way in a suit coat. The complimentary fries were cold but I was not going to complain since they were as noted, complimentary. The server never offered us a dessert menu or coffee at the end of the meal, especially since they knew it was our anniversary. The tuna tartare was very good, as was my husband's steak. Endive salad was bland and couldn't find the spiced pecans it was supposed to come with. The two complimentary glasses of champagne to start our dinner was appreciated.

Bourbon Steak is one of my favorite venues for entertaining clients. The restaurant consistently delivers exceptional service and serves outstanding food, making it a top choice for dining experiences.

Reliably good food. Prompt and friendly service. Lovely setting. My Wagyu burger was slightly oversalted but that may be because I did not eat the bun. If I had done so, it probably would have been perfectly seasoned. The burger itself was delicious.

I have been to bourbon steak in the past. All the food was undercooked and had to be sent back and was still under cooked. Steaks had very little taste. Vastly overpriced compared to other steak restaurants in the same class. Makes you want to buy a steak and cook it on your own BBQ. Waiter and service were great! Nice place too!

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Our group does a lot of traveling together and we have had quite a few interesting dining experiences, and this was one of the absolute best. The service was incredibly attentive, with menu questions giving them an opportunity to shine. All of the choices we made were wonderful and every one of us thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

Celebrated a 40th birthday with a friend and The Four Seasons' touches were quickly evident. Not only was she wished a happy birthday upon arrival at the host stand but also by our lovely waitress. There was a card, too, signed by the staff members wishing her happy bday...she loved it. Service was friendly, professional and well-paced; other service members whisked away plates or brought delicious bread. Every request (from lime for sparkling water to an extra whatever) was quickly granted. We ordered the 8 oz filets and they were perfectly cooked; well-seasoned, if a touch salty (but we both liked the salt level). Ordered the absolutely delicious truffled mac and cheese, creamed spinach as sides; for cocktails, she loved her mezcal based one (something Jalisco?) and I thought my Boulevardier was perfect. For dessert, we shared the beignets and it was quite the treat: 5-6 beignets and three pots of naughtiness: creme brulee, pot de creme chocolate and another...all very good and not overly sweet. Size was larger than we thought, so it can be easily shared. Ambience was certainly modern and comfy, but it's a hotel restaurant, so there is only so much originality. Noise level was low. Overall, the experience exceeded even my high expectations and I'd go again tomorrow. Pricey, yes, but the value was evident in the experience and the small details.

The back room was quite dark and I asked for candles for the table. But, what I was most shocked at was that my guest, who parked at the hotel and got her ticket stamped by the restaurant, still had to pay $75 for parking!!!

The food was decent. I was ready for the cost, but certainly expected far more for value. I have eaten at high end steak places that cost 40% less than this that are much better. The service was extremely slow and lacking. Waited forever to have drinks delivered, had to ask twice for them to be brought occasionally. Food took forever. Waited one hour between appetizers being delivered to the time the main course was brought. Elected for the wagyu ribeye at $134.00, it was nearly flavorless. My wife got the rib cap and it was cold when it was finally brought. There was an apology, but certainly no adjustment in the cost of the meal. We spared no expenses in the dinner and all left disappointed. Over three hours with one full hour of nothing happening. Oddly the high point was probably the complimentary French fries and dips.

My husband and I dine here for our anniversary every year! Absolutely love the staff and the food is always amazing! Such a great time. The fries and bread for the standard table service is always a great start!

I came here for a birthday dinner with one of my friends and was surprised with a card signed by all the servers working there and a mini ice cream at the end of my dining. The service was impeccable, and the food was adequate. would definitely come again.

Always always an amazing experience at this restaurant. The service is top notch, the cocktails fantastic, and the steaks are just the best in town. This is a great place to bring friends, family and anyone who loves good food.
