DO NOT COME HERE!!!! The bartender apparently changed my tip amount on the receipt and overcharged me 20 bucks for tips, I’m filing a credit card report and will never come back here

Cool vibe but extremely over priced. Bought two shots and a drink which totaled $52. Shots were $14 and drink was $12 which totaled $40. I’m all for tipping but 30% with no knowledge of it being automatically added is egregious.

Fun spot, good atmosphere. They nail the cocktail classics and have a few fun creations of their own.

This is definitely a neighborhood favorite. I love that it is an actual speakeasy, no signs outside it was one of my favorite parts. The vibes were amazing, service was fast and super nice, the bathrooms are clean. The couches were such a nice touch and it is like a dark moody place but you can still see in front of you. Other people saying it is too dark ( not accurate)
Had a great time and this will definitely be my new hangout spot.

Nice atmosphere but bad drinks and for $15 a drink, I would have expected more.

Excellent cocktails in a basement speakeasy vibe. Gets very crowded and seating is limited. Finding the entrance isnt too bad, look for the giant mirror as the name suggests

I recently visited The Mirror and had a generally great time. The old-fashioned drinks were fantastic—smooth and expertly crafted, making for a really enjoyable experience. The atmosphere of the place is definitely a highlight, with a unique and stylish vibe that adds to the overall appeal. However, it can be a bit challenging to see in certain areas, especially with the no-flashlight rule, which makes it hard to read the menu or navigate at times.

While the ambiance is great, the noise from the crowd and music can make it difficult to have a conversation, especially if you’re looking for a quieter place to sit and chat. Overall, The Mirror is a fun spot with excellent drinks and a cool atmosphere, but it might not be the best choice if you're looking for a more relaxed or intimate environment.

Don't waste your time! The videos and pics of this place hype it up way past its reality. It's dark as hell, not well vintalated, bathroom was dirty, couches raggedy.

The vibe is nice, it’s dark but there is plenty of seating. The drinks weren’t that great and the menu is extremely limited. Almost every drink has lime or lemon in it and that’s all you can taste, and if it doesn’t have lime or lemon in the drink it is extremely bitter. Paying almost $20 for a drink in a small bar I would expect better? The music was okay, it was giving thru looked up early 2000s hip hop and kept that playlist on repeat. Literally on repeat because we heard the same songs and were only there for an hour tops. The staff was friendly and the bathrooms weren’t terrible. Maybe next time I will come during happy hour??

Overly loud music kills any chance of a cool vibe. We went on a Friday night was fairly crowded and the 2 bartenders could not keep up. Drinks are basically flavored sugar water and your alcohol of choice. Seems more like a buds basement bar with a “speakeasy “ thrown in because of the “front door/mirror”.

Great speak easy vibe. Very comfortable couches. Music was our only complaint, all the same. Drinks were very good though

This place offers a truly unique experience. Finding it is part of the fun—there’s no sign, and you’ll need to locate a hidden mirror door in the basement. It really captures the feel of Prohibition times with its dim, moody atmosphere, and you’re not allowed to use a flashlight inside. The menu, creatively printed on cardboard from spirit boxes, adds to the charm. They have a late happy hour until 7:30 PM, and the cocktails I tried were great. One of them, the Sunflower, even includes absinthe as an ingredient.

Bouncer wouldn’t let me in with my friends as it was it close to closing time. They were a few feet’s away and had been there for a while…
Edit to address response:
The bad review is for the unfriendliness of the staff. And I edited 2 words that my non-English keyboard had autocorrected.
I was perfectly sober as I had just landed from a late flight. If the policy had been explained (no entry after last call, which was at x hour) it would have been one thing, but the bouncer gave no explanation and was just extremely unfriendly.

Don’t waste your $. $33 for 2 basic drinks!’ Not a friendly neighborhood bar. Go to Taffer’s Tavern or prime rib.
