The customer service experience was disappointing. We requested a booth but were informed that seating there would come with a time limit, which was not mentioned to other guests who also asked to switch to a booth. The host's demeanor came across as unfriendly, which added to the negative experience. Additionally, the food did not seem fresh and felt rushed, lacking the quality we expected. Unfortunately, the highlight of the meal ended up being the water.

Beware of overcharging!!! Basically, this establishment is stealing from customers. On open table the price is $60 per person, however in person, they say it is $79 per person but the doorman charges us $90 per person and when called out on it, a refund was given but we were insulted and called names by the doorman that overcharged us m, simply because we could do math. The food is not that good and I would never return here. All of the managers seemed to be working together to steal from customers. I will be reporting this establishment, as I learned from other customers that the over charging happened to them as well.
