Good place to get your sweets. Music plays nice and slow. The service was quick and accurate. Love the taste.

Absolutely delicious! I ordered the classic Banana Pudding, and it was out of this world. I’ve never had whipped banana pudding like that before—so light and creamy! Definitely a 10/10. I also tried the Honey Apple Peach Cobbler, which was equally fantastic. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and every bite felt like a warm hug.
On top of that, I gave the Carnival cookie a try, and it did not disappoint. Everything was just so good! This spot is definitely going to be my go-to for a sweet treat. I can’t wait to come back!

I love the Peach Cobbler Factory. Maybe it’s because I came here after one of the best meals of my life, or maybe it’s because I was all dressed up, but my experience was very pleasant. The lady working the cashier was nice and offered great suggestions. I got the OG Banana Pudding Brownie (yes, banana pudding on top of a brownie!) and it almost made me cry of joy. I also tried the peach cobbler and it was so creamy and peachy and delicious. I recommend just going with your gut on what you think you’d like best. Also when I was here, I watched the Jayden Daniels Maryland Miracle Hail Mary against the Bears, so this was just an amazing night. Peach Cobbler Factory gets 5 stars!
I love the idea of having a peach cobbler dessert shop! They had so many cobbler options, but we went with the classic/plain peach cobbler. It was a pretty decent cobbler especially with the vanilla ice cream that came with it. I’ll likely be back to try the other flavors

Stopped by to try this place out on the way back to my hotel. Ordered the mango peach cobbler and sweet tea drink. I’m a huge fan of desserts and wasn’t expecting much just because well, it’s cobbler (?). But I was wrong. It was delicious! Not overly sweet and just the right size. The vanilla ice cream it comes with is really good too. The tea? Well it was gone before I even came back to my room. So good ! I’m going to try and stop by before I headed home and try another flavor. Definitely going on my regulars list of places to visit when I come to DC for union work.

The picture doesn't do it justice... It was soooo good omg... I ordered the stuffed cinnamon roll with caramel apple cobbler and pecans ???. It brought tears to my eyes how good this cinnamon roll was... I cannot wait to try more options
Get ready to WAIT. After 10 minutes waiting for a $10.45 cobbler, I wished I hadn’t already paid. Somehow it was cold by the time I got home. Tasted fine. Gross bathroom. As with most places in this part of DC, it’s not great.
