Outstanding Peach Cobbler. Quit reading this review and go get you some. You won't be disappointed.

So many delicious offerings! If I didn’t have to worry about weight, I’d order two or three items! Had caramel pecan praline ice cream which was to die for! I’m sure the cobbler would’ve been heavenly with all the different options!!

Sooooo good. Recommend getting the flight so you can try everything. The peanut butter and jelly banana pudding and original peach cobbler were the favorites here. šŸ˜‹

Their peach cobbler is delicious and a great product. The service is beyond bad… deserves less than zero but google does not go to minus one. We ordered peach cobbler with ice cream through delivery. Our first order was cancelled by the store without explanation. Our next order was for three peach cobblers for $45, which in itself is highway robbery…, and a sale that offered a buy one get one free thus we were suppose to get six. They delivered three cobblers and the accompanying ice creams but failed to deliver the three free ones from the sale. They did not forget to charge the full $45.

We called this morning to ask about the missing cobblers. The manager answered and simply said 1 sec and put us on hold. After a few minutes, he came on line and we explained about the missing cobblers. He asked us about the time and name for the order and put us on hold to check. He never came back on line and after 10 minutes the phone call dropped. Five attempts to call the store back failed with a connection failure message. Great product. Sorry service. I guess their sales pitch is simply to get you to order and failing to keep their commitment to customers.

First time. As others have mentioned, customer service is not a focus. It seems to want to function more like a ā€˜grab and go’ experience (hence kiosk) and less of a hospitality driven, homey, human experience. The peach cobbler was decent. Overly sweet for my taste, and more gelatinous than I prefer (probably high fructose/corn syrup, perhaps). Finally, the cost/value is non existent. At 10 for a less than 1 cup (1/2 cup at best) serving, it’s a NOPE. No matter that it ā€œcomesā€ with ice cream, that’s the least they could do. FYI: there is no non-dairy option. Try—if you must.

Good place to get your sweets. Music plays nice and slow. The service was quick and accurate. Love the taste.

Absolutely delicious! I ordered the classic Banana Pudding, and it was out of this world. I’ve never had whipped banana pudding like that before—so light and creamy! Definitely a 10/10. I also tried the Honey Apple Peach Cobbler, which was equally fantastic. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and every bite felt like a warm hug.

On top of that, I gave the Carnival cookie a try, and it did not disappoint. Everything was just so good! This spot is definitely going to be my go-to for a sweet treat. I can’t wait to come back!

I love the Peach Cobbler Factory. Maybe it’s because I came here after one of the best meals of my life, or maybe it’s because I was all dressed up, but my experience was very pleasant. The lady working the cashier was nice and offered great suggestions. I got the OG Banana Pudding Brownie (yes, banana pudding on top of a brownie!) and it almost made me cry of joy. I also tried the peach cobbler and it was so creamy and peachy and delicious. I recommend just going with your gut on what you think you’d like best. Also when I was here, I watched the Jayden Daniels Maryland Miracle Hail Mary against the Bears, so this was just an amazing night. Peach Cobbler Factory gets 5 stars!

I love the idea of having a peach cobbler dessert shop! They had so many cobbler options, but we went with the classic/plain peach cobbler. It was a pretty decent cobbler especially with the vanilla ice cream that came with it. I’ll likely be back to try the other flavors
