The Lemon Ricotta Pancakes is absolutely THE BEST! Perfectly balanced flavors, beautifully presented and and cooked to perfection. These pancakes are a must try for anyone visiting The Pembroke! The experience is unforgettable.

Other than the ambiance and service the food was unimpressive. Presentation was lacking , food taste for eggs was bland, toast hard a rock and salad not fresh. Waffles and chicken: chicken was not boned which made it sloppy and difficult to eat with ease. Prices are high for dinner quality food.

We went to the Pembroke for Sunday brunch . The coffee was a medium roast with timely refills . The food was cooked perfectly with generous portions . The bacon was crisp and smoky , the hash brown potatoes had the perfect texture of crunch with a flavorful center , and the greens were seasoned with a balance of warm southern notes . Pleasant , low level lighting , very clean and tastefully decorated .

Service needs improvement, as we observed some lapses in attentiveness. For example, spilled water on the table went unnoticed, and our substitution requests were not remembered. We specifically asked to swap the side salad with bread for the omelette, but ended up receiving both, and although the bread arrived cold, the whipped butter helped. Additionally, my friend ordered eggs Benedict, but since the kitchen was out of prosciutto, she requested salmon as a replacement, which was accommodated—with an extra charge. At most places, if a main ingredient is unavailable, offering a substitute at no additional cost would be standard practice.

While I still find the brunch very good and excellent value. However after 2 recent dinners there I find it very mediocre and overpriced. Anyone going to Pembroke stick to brunch!

went for the first time on a tuesday for breakfast. such good service and great quality food while sod surprisingly affordable for such a high quality restaurant. only note is that i wish it wasn't dog friendly. don't personally like when animals are around food.

Wow, Amazing would be an understatement! This restaurant is such a delight, from the decoration to the ambience, the food and the service! Everything was just perfect! The food was certainly worth the price and it was not overly expensive. Cooked to perfection and served gracefully, our food came in a timely manner and we even topped it off with their various dessert options. This place receives a 10/10 in my books and I definitely will be coming back!!

We had a great experience at the Pembroke. Excellent service and excellent food. A majority of our table ate the American breakfast, which was a very filling portion. We also ordered the pancakes which were absolutely to die for. The lemon ricotta used for the pancakes may seem unconventional, but it was a tremendous balance for a tasty treat. Thanks for a great time!
