I really wanted to sit outside but the sulfur smell was just too much. Moved indoor. Enjoyed all of our drinks, a couple of appetizers (wings and mussels were very good). The beer salad was excellent and the cod as well. The service was not good. We waited for utensils, water, and our food for quite some time. It wasn't even busy!

Attended for work event. Our server was wonderful, the food was great, and the ambiance was beautiful. Will definitely be back.

Dishes sounded wonderful and the visual appeal was nice. However, the entrees were bland. I will say though, the crab doughnuts were delicious. Our server was also very sweet and informative.

Wow!! The food, music and atmosphere were excellent! We enjoyed our time and everyone enjoyed their meals. We had a table for five and everyone was pleased. We had a great time and looking forward to returning!!

Everyone and I mean everyone was friendly , cordial and accommodating. I called three times extending my grace period due to weather , traffic and other issues. I wish I got his name , the person who picked up the phone told me not to worry . I get seated telling the host and server I have 40 minutes to eat and on to see the soccer game . Everything came together . Server even gave me the check early so I can go on my way !! This is remarkable and will be back !!!

Went for Father's Day. Only had the brunch menu. Food was good but prefer the regular menu. Service was good. We enjoyed ourselves.

I didn't like the fact that they added a “Operational Fee” to our check. Why the heck are we paying you to be open? Make it make sense.

My partner and I went on a date here and had a phenomenal time! Our drink was outstanding and the food was delicious! Best fried rice I've had in a long time! The crab donuts were amazing also! Definitely a 10 out of 10 and recommend The Pointe!!

Went to The Point DC for lunch, great views right on the water, very chill atmosphere. Unfortunately, the grilled fish we ordered came out undercooked, and the service was surprisingly slow, especially with the place half empty. Nice setting, but the food didn't quite deliver.

We have dined here before and enjoy it. Our reservation was at 5pm on a Saturday. Parking is easy. The staff is attentive and informative. The food options are varied, reasonable and well prepared.

Do not sleep on this restaurant... it was on point! Hubby and I were celebrating our anniversary and wanted to get back to restaurant hopping and we decided on this restaurant because we wanted seafood and scenery but didn't want to go across the bridge to Kent Island. Highly recommended. Will definitely return with friends as the service was amazing.

We recently dined at The Point and had a mixed experience. The cornbread my mother ordered was served cold initially, but after requesting a replacement, the second serving was much better—warm and complemented well by the apple-honey butter. The crab-stuffed doughnuts were not sweet as we had expected based on the name; they were more reminiscent of savory cornbread balls. We ordered a variety of entrées: the Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, Roasted Icelandic Cod & Crabmeat, Shrimp Fried Rice, NY Strip Steak Frites, and the Crabmeat-Stuffed Rainbow Trout special. All of the dishes were flavorful and well-prepared; however, due to slow service, they were unfortunately not served hot. Service throughout the evening was lacking. When we were seated, napkins were set for all six guests, but several place settings were missing forks. Our server Pablo (employee number 923) rarely checked in, and we had to repeatedly ask for water refills instead of having our glasses refilled proactively. The check indicated that an 18% gratuity was optional. Despite the disappointing service, we still chose to leave a tip, but the overall service experience significantly detracted from what could have been an excellent meal.
