Went to celebrate a birthday. Restaurant was empty but still took a while for our food to come out. They were out of certain foods and items to make a signature drink so we had to pay an upcharge. If we wanted to change side there was an upcharge. On top of our bill, we had to pay a service fee. Too many extra fees just to enjoy a night out.

I was disappointed with the food. The sushi and beet salad were good but the cod with crab and the whole red snapper were bland. Took it home to season and cook it again.

Loved our meals : crab cake (baked) with tons of nice al dente veggies, and cod topped with crab meat served with mashed potatoes and veg. Large portions. Easy free parking across the street . Enjoyable evening.

This is the 3rd year my family come to the restaurant for Thanksgiving. And it never disappointed. Always delicious food & ambience. Ill be back next year

This review is for the Thanksgiving Dinner that The Point puts on. The food, service, and ambience were all spectacular. I would also like to mention that I have been coming to Thanksgiving dinner for the last four years. What I find incredibly insulting is the 5% "operational charge" which is unadvertised until you get the bill. But understand that the whole charge is insane. This year the price went up to $60 from $50, which has been the price for the last few years. I am more than understanding that costs go up, particularly in this climate. If you need to raise the price, raise it. But don't put a percentage charge which is also unadvertised, and hit people who are also being affected by the same economic climate. Understand, that I would rather give it to the people who are working hard to make our holiday meal a great experience. The operational charge just left a bad taste in my mouth which no one but Executive Management can be responsible.

Visited this place for the first time and was sadly disappointed as the waiter in an empty restaurant treated my table as though we didn't exist. Food was good though.

My husband I dine here celebrating 10 years of being retired . Our dinner was excellent especially the crab doughnuts..the atmosphere was nice and cozy with the fire pit burning outside , Everything was 100%

I sat at the bar, and the counter was noticeably dirty when I arrived. I waited for about three minutes while the bartender stood nearby talking but never acknowledged me, even after clearly seeing me there. Unfortunately, the service and overall experience only went downhill from there. Very disappointing.
