First time in DC, it was a great experience! Sat at the bar and Daniel was very friendly, accommodating and attentive. The atmosphere was a great vibe!

I paid $27 for this and I don’t think chef pay any tension when he/she/them making this food , too much oil can’t even eat it . Worst thing that happened to me on beautifully Saturday . Shame shame

Welcoming atmosphere and great service even when they were super busy, staff was kind, vegan food could use a bit more flavor but overall their food is tasty, also a good selection of alcohol and nonalcohol drinks

The food isn't great and neither is the service, but there aren't a lot of food options in Eckington/Bloomingdale. Recently we went for brunch at 11 am. They open at 11, but it seemed like everyone just got there. We didn't get a menu until 11:20 Ordered the chicken sandwich and it was fried hard and dry. Coffee was cold even though they just opened. We try to support the restaurants in our neighborhood, but really wish they'd try a little harder. We're not in a rush to come back.

Be careful when eating at this place and check your final on items. There are a few places in DC where employees know the final prices and will often give you the “oh sorry we just printer new menus and changed things..”. There were 3-4 items that were all a dollar or two more than what was described on the menu.

Parking: Don't care about car parking, but bike parking right next to outdoor patio is a godsend!

The location is wonderful if you're sitting outside, I didn't venture inside at all but I'm sure it's lovely. I had the burger with the blistered peppers that were recommended. I asked for my burger rare and as you can see by the photo it did not come that way, I brought it to the attention of my waitress and she gave me a discount and was apologetic. On my service. The serve was friendly but I didn't get a chance to enjoy a second beer due to her not being very attentive, that could be because it was busy inside but I don't know. Overall I am willing to come back and try again but other than the peppers I wasn't impressed with much.
