MOLD - I bought half a dozen cupcakes from the Union Market location. I shared them with family and the reviews were that they were dry. Unfortunately the cupcake I ate had mold in it so I threw away the rest. I will definitely not try this place again.

I live out of state and ordered a loved one a dozen of cupcakes as a Christmas gift. I stated that the recipient was disabled and included all needed information for the delivery. The order was never delivered and to add insult to injury when I contacted the Sweet Lobby I was told first that I needed to reach out to Door Dash since they delivered the product. Later I received a call from the owner asking if the recipient could check with neighbors in the building in case the dozen or cupcakes of which I paid $60 for were delivered to the wrong apartment. When I told her that this was outrageous she said she would need to investigate with door dash. I have not heard anything else from them. Never ever again will I use this business!

$17 for a total of 6 macarons that were not fresh, dry, crunchy and tasting like they've been in the refrigerator for a while. A few of them had the taste of other food also. So disappointed

These cupcakes are ABSOLUTELY terrible. A total waste of money. I purchase 6 cupcakes 2 lemon, 2 strawberry champagne and 2 vanilla. All of them taste like cornbread with non seeet icing. HORRIBLE.. I want my money back, we trashed all of them after one bite.

The desserts are pretty good although some of the items could be more flavorful and prepared better. The scones were awful-they didn't have much of a flavor and were so dry! Water couldn't even quench my thirst! The cupcakes were really good especially the champagne and the chocolate ones. The service was pretty lack luster. Nothing special and seemed somewhat detached. I'm not sure if i would return but it was a relatively nice visit that satisfied my sweet tooth. (The cassava is overtly devastatingly sweet)

It was so excited to get cupcakes from here, but they moved locations and gave little to no info about the new one. Once we finally found it they had fruit flies alllll over the cupcakes and macrons. She saw me see the fruit flies and still grabbed them.. my total was 28 dollars..and when we were leaving a women came in and asked if her matcha latte had oat milk or almond and one of employee said “I don’t know” she then said she had an allergy. This place sucked so bad please don’t waste your money.

The fact that Christine's customer service skills were top tier and the macaroons and cupcakes tasted exquisite I left 4 stars. Other reviews addressed their flaws but it's definitely worth the visit.

Bought 10 macarons from the Union Market location. They tasted like they have been sitting in the refrigerator for a few days. Very off-putting
Ordered the assorted Vanilla, assorted chocolate and assorted. Pretty good cupcake if you are in to a more coarse crumb texture similar to a cornbread muffin. Some think the texture is dry some love it, it all depends on personal tasteIn my opinion, the flavor that they need to eliminate from the menu is the one with the graham crackers at the bottom...it makes the cupcake super dry and undesirable.

The listed $4.50 pastry ended up being $6.37 due to “extra taxes” and them listing the pricing incorrectly??? Shops near them didn’t charge extra taxes. They don’t even have their Union market location listed probably because they know they get bad reviews.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!Their hours of operation are wrong. Their email address doesn't accept emails. Their phone number is disconnected or is never picked up. After ordering and paying for a dozen cupcakes, we attempted to retrieve our order 3 separate times, all of which ended in the store being closed or the order not being ready. The entire staff has been unresponsive in helping with the confusion and has not contacted us after our order was due to be picked up about us receiving our order. Could not be more infuriated with their "customer service".

I really have a negative zero rating because I placed my order online for two dozen cupcakes a day in advanced, got my pickup time and order number only to arrive and find them CLOSED...There was no sign on the door and no one answering the phones...Surprised, but finally spoke to someone the next week and she acted clueless that I did not get my order, so I told her that I need a refund!? Tried calling again a few days later when I didn't get a response to my email, and there was no answer, so of course, I would NEVER order from Sweet Lobby again and would NOT recommend them! They took my money but didn't provide the purchase...NOW, I have to wait up to 90 days for my bank to investigate...This business should just close its door!

I ordered an assortment of macarons for a small culture event I was having in my office. I ordered on a Monday and scheduled for it to be delivered Wednesday morning by 10:15. I received a confirmation at 9:44 saying they were dropped off. They weren't. I called to get an update and they eventually delivered them, but my event was at 11 am and I didn't get them until almost 4 pm smh. The macarons were ok, but some were fresh and some were obviously old/stale. For the price I expected better, especially service wise.
