Customer service is bad. We walked in and no one was at the front, we sat ourselves down and we waited over 30 minutes. I don't recommend.

We used to love UM before the renovation. But after that, we stopped going because the whole vibe changed - service wasn’t friendly, never that busy, menu shrunk… but we finally decided, after a few years, to try it again for a beer and some snacks on a recent Sunday afternoon around 3pm. We arrive, hours said it opened at 1 - A-Frame was outside and the door was open so presumably the place was open - walk up the stairs and see a group of people sitting at the front tables. Immediately a woman came up to us and in a super obnoxious and almost accusatory way said, “excuse me, this is a private party”. No clue if she worked there or was deputizing herself from the party, but nobody else seemed to be in charge so we turned around and walked out. Zero signage saying it was closed for a private event. But apparently we were evil party crashers.
Last time we’ll try it. Too bad, used to be great.

This place runs a ghost kitchen on UberEats. If you are enticed by the advertisement images for DirtyBurger, RUN. Management, you should honestly be held legally responsible for false advertisement because that is 100% what this is. The image I ordered vs what I got is only stuff you see in memes. Yall are shameful for that. $30 for THIS? Cut me a break. I will be contacting Uber to let them know what a scam this is.

To the Gm Gainer I don’t appreciate the service tonight. I came in after work for a steak Salad and a margarita the lady up stairs told me that they don’t Serve salads on the upper level and recommended. I go downstairs to order the salad and would have the drink ready I ordered.i went to order on Level one witch I explains I’m just coming for a steak salad and margarita I did ask with flavors like Passionfruit or pineapple or regular she mentioned that she only had regular witch was my choice due options she refused to get me a drink after I ordered my Salad at valor and she began to Bring other guests into the dispute I then asked for a refund I’m seeking acting from management on the Professionalism and treat.

This bar is a cozy spot with a laid-back vibe that makes you feel right at home. The menu has a good mix of comfort food and fresh dishes, so there’s something for everyone. It’s also a great place to catch a game.

Ordered on uber eats and the order never delivered. I called the restaurant and they didn’t answer, and their voicemail was full so I couldn’t even leave a message.
A nice little neighborhood bar. Great place to watch a game with a pint.

It took 15 min to get the bartender’s attention after arriving at a sparsely filled bar and another 5 to get a beer after ordering. Another 15 minutes to get their attention to ask for a menu and then an additional 15 to just tell them I’d rather have the check than order food. Went next door to Rose’s and spent $200 more, but had fantastic service.
Very sweet bartenders, but extremely inattentive with their leaning over the bar looking at their phones for minutes on end and sitting on coolers chatting with other service folks.
Haven’t seen service this bad in quite a while. Hopefully they are more attentive in the future. Food looked good on the menu and I heard the tots were great. I’ll give them another chance again. Valor downstairs has always been wonderful.
