I went on a Friday expecting live music, but the band had canceled, and no one notified guests. When I asked for a menu to purchase a drink, the price I was charged was different from what was listed. When I questioned it, the bartender was extremely rude—even though the bar was empty except for me and my guest. He dismissed me by saying the “prices changed” and then walked off without even helping me complete my payment.

The other bartender clearly didn’t want to serve me because she wouldn’t receive the tip from my order. When I brought this up with the manager, I was told they’re under new management, prices went up, and the menus are outdated.

This was a very disappointing experience—misleading pricing, poor communication, and unprofessional staff.

Went when they first opened a few years back, vibe is definitely not the same.

Drinks and bartender were on point but had to flag/chase our table hostess each time. Would walk off and disappear but we would see a seperate hostess come back several times in between. We wish we would have had the other hostess. Didn’t catch her name but thanked her for her help by the end of our time, even though we hadn’t officially been her table! Seemed our original hostess was new or overwhelmed.

Food was mid. Spinach dip seemed to be frozen prior to and churros were stale.

Also, not directly anyone’s fault but elevator was out. Would have gone elsewhere if known before.

My sister booked at this establishment for her birthday, paying in advance for a cabana, food & drinks. The day before, she called to confirm whether the cover charge would be waived and was told by an employee that it would be.

When we arrived, we were still charged a cover fee and no one on staff was willing to help or honor the information we were given. After spending over $400 plus here, it’s unacceptable that management chose to be extremely greedy instead of making it right.

This is not just poor customer service, it’s a failure in basic business integrity. If the staff can’t give consistent answers or follow through on what they promise, how can patrons trust them? I hope they take this as a serious reminder to train their employees properly and to honor their word in the future.

It was a great experience! I love every moment of it! Here’s the kicker for me! Hubby and I went axe throwing and then I had an extra charge at the end of the night which was 22% gratuity added. Mind you, they don’t inform customers, but insinuate it’s noted on the menu as someone should recognized. We are there to have fun to order drinks and food, not order gratuity. Nobody looks at a menu to look for gratuity. We should be informed as customers. Thats proper customer service. As a former customer service rep, and food worker, server and bartender, I believe that customers should be made aware of gratuity and surcharges so that staff and the higher ups wont waste time on customer resolution charges. 4 stars from me. Next time I will know that versus me finding out from a phone call. I don’t look at menu to order gratuity, but food and drinks! Kudos!

Allie is the best bartender I’ve ever known. She takes great care of all her customers. When the bar gets busy, she knows how to maintain her focus and still be able to help each customer out. She has a great mannerism and is my golden star bartender!

The most memorable person there was Allie the bartender! Not only did she mix a good cocktail but she was very educated on her bar and types of spirits, from brands to ages.

DJ and Taco on during the axe throwing sessions were equally great.

Milan was my waiter she did a great job with making sure everything was okay and bringing us water while we decided what we was going to order. The Food and drinks came out fairly quick. Overall 8/10 experiences

My cookie came burnt, the Mac and cheese bits came undercooked, and the waiter was very pushy about us ordering more stuff. Barely gave us a chance to look at the menu, since she was just standing over our table.

I came in randomly on a Sunday, it was my first time so I didn’t know what to expect. It wasn’t too many people but just enough people. I debated on sitting @ a table or the bar and I’m happy I chose the bar. I met Ms.Allie Baby & was instantly captivated by her energy. Allie was incredibly knowledgeable about the different types of spirits and cocktails. She was able to recommend a drink based on my preferences and it was absolutely perfect. I’m an old fashioned type of a guy and she made me one of the best old fashions I have ever had (no exaggeration). I even took pictures of the bottle she used to make my old fashioned because I’m definitely getting that whiskey for my home bar. Overall it was a great experience, I just moved across the street so I’ll definitely be back to see my favorite bartender. Food was ok, drinks and Allie were amazing!!!

Throw Social is one of my go to vibes. The music, food, and drinks are always on point. The service is good…and make sure you go see Allie! She is thee best bartender and always makes sure my friends and I are taken care of and have a good time Every time.
