My wife and I stop here because it was close to our hotel and the menu looked good. Pros: Good location Food was good that we got. Warm fireplace Cons: Looked at the menu and say a few strawberry type alcohol drinks. I don't drink alcohol so I asked for a strawberry lemonade. Was told by the waiter they only had regular lemonade. I asked can't they add some strawberry puree. He says No.. On the way out I stopped and asked the bartender if he could make a strawberry lemonade and he pauses for a second and says "yes, I can" So I told him to tell the waiter. I ordered the spaghetti and my wife ordered a small salad and chicken item. My spaghetti showed up at the same time as my wife's salad. We asked about her chicken meal and the food delivery person look strange at us. We asked our waiter where was her dinner and he said he brought her salad out first. I replied "the salad should have come out minutes after she ordered it and our 2 dinner meals should come together. (Fyi, just us and 1 other couple in the dining area.) So 10 mins pass and Im half way thur with my spaghetti and we ask again about her dinner meal. We could tell that the waiter forgot to put the order in. So more times passes and I walk over the waiter and say cancel her meal and walk back to our table. I shared my spaghetti with her. Which I did say was a Pro. After we are done eating the spaghetti, her meal appears. at our table. It was even more obvious that it was made last minute. When ordering a small salad with your dinner the waiter should bring it out before the main dinners. The waiter never took ownership or responsibility for his error. He never apologized or tried to make the situation better. Plus when I ordered my spaghetti dinner I ordered a side of bread. Which came in a short loaf. The butter knives could not cut it. Should have brought a sharp knife with the loaf of bread. It was a terrible customer experience with ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY BY OUR SERVER MELVIS... His name is on the bill.

Love Thunder Burger & Bar for a laid-back, tasty burger night! The cheeseburger was juicy and the fries were crispy—classic combo done right. The vibe is chill and the staff were friendly, even when it got busy. Prices are reasonable, too. Perfect spot for hanging out with friends or a casual date.

We had such a wonderful experience thanks to our server, Brianna! She was extremely pleasant, attentive, and took the time to explain the amazing menu in detail. I really appreciated her thoughtful recommendations—she clearly knows her stuff and made the whole dining experience even better. To top it all off, she surprised me with a chocolate mousse cake for my birthday, which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. The atmosphere was great, but Brianna truly made the night special. Five stars all around!

We went for happy hour, but we're refused happy hour prices at 6pm, even though it was advertised on their website as 4pm to 7pm. We asked the manager to honor the happy hour prices, but he said it was a mistake on their website and rudely refused us. Avoid this place!

Intrigued by the reviews, we tried this place. Typical American location, really excellent burger quality, meat cooked to perfection, tasty and succulent. The reason for the relatively low grade is due to Service. We were left to ourselves, very slow and waitress never present at the table (considering that they want the “mandatory” tip). Had they had a slight extra care of the customers they would have been 5 full stars. However, the quality remains undisputed. Average price
