The food kiosk was open again for the spring season and for the large crowds gathered for the National Cherry Blossom Festival. Its located in front of the pedal boats site, with great sight lines of the Jefferson Memorial.

Unfriendly and the hod dog was very basic and not really tasty..

An oasis in a desert. Perfect spot to grab a snack or in our case a refreshment.

the FOOD kiosk was closed but thankfully all the potta-potties were open. As you can see ther were lots and lots of 'em. This was three days before peak bloom if the cherry blossoms. The tidal basin was still beautiful since many of the trees had not check the internet and were in full bloom.We used two and they were clean. Great pit stop befoe renting the paddle boats for an hour!
