I recently visited Tiger Fork to celebrate a birthday, and it was exceptional. The service was top-notch and the food was amazing. My entire party complimented the experience, and I will be sure to be back in the future.

Great food and cocktails, menu is best to share, pick some of the smaller plates and one main. Great cocktails

I've been waiting over a year to try Tiger Fork during restaurant week, and I am beyond disappointed.
I asked the waiter how big the shared plates were- he said small, and the dessert plate is smaller. For 55$ plus 10% tax?!
The dessert of RICE and JAM was a wrap for me. This menu came off extremely lackluster and stingy.
Instead, I got an appetizer and entree that was less than 55$ but not worth the value- the food itself was really overpriced and just ok. The stated 90 minute time limit was frustrating- there is so much good food in DC for the same price or less, why would I come back?

Do not come here - what a disappointing Restaurant Week meal!!! For $55, we started off with a ticking 90-minute countdown on our table, a couple of unidentifiable pickled scraps floating in soy sauce, and a bowl of beans. Hardly an appetizing start.

Before we even finished, our mains were dropped on the table, and our server hovered uncomfortably, trying to clear plates that still had food on them. The main dish itself was nothing special—passable at best, certainly not memorable.

Dessert was the final insult: a scoop of rice with a few bites of peach jelly. That’s not a proper dessert, it’s filler.

For the price and the hype of Restaurant Week, this was underwhelming, rushed, and simply not worth it. Save your money and go elsewhere.

This place would be a nightmare for a vegetarian, which funny enough I’m not but it still was a problem. My friend and I were asked our food preferences to start - we both don’t eat pork, and she has an allergy to shellfish. We then placed our order of items. For the next ten minutes the waitress came back to let us know that 3 of the 4 items we wanted would not be possible due to contamination in the kitchen. This includes 2 of the 3 vegetable only entrees and a vegetable fried rice. Everything is cooked in the same frier or pan. No effort was made to offer food to be made separately, so we left hungry after only being able to share 2 entrees. The recommendation is 2 people eat 4-5 entrees if they are splitting. We also asked for side of plain white rice to share and were given 4 spoons of rice at the base of the chicken dish.

Still paid $100 to be hungry. Honestly would just love a refund and not to return.

Made a reservation online for 7pm on Wednesday (but they had plenty of space at the bar when we arrived). From sitting down, to ordering, to food on our table, it was probably like 10 minutes?!?! Literally the fastest service I've ever experienced at a sit down restaurant IN MY LIFE (and I used to work at CYM when we were throwing bagels at people in like, 10 seconds). The food was AMAZING. We had the crispy eggplant, cucumber salad, and flat noodles with beef. Delicious. Warm. Flavorful. 10/10. Only minus start because it is very loud in there, the tables are pretty close together and I sorta felt like I was yelling to have a conversation? But that might have been because we were sitting by two loud couples? Who knows. Regardless, I will be back!!!

When we arrived I looked in the kitchen and saw no Asian chefs so my expectations were low. Well I was wrong, the dishes we ordered were delicious and on point. Professional service, and proper hygiene were lacking. Saw one of the bartenders change the trash and go straight to making drinks. After that we decided to drink else where.

We went for a fun double date. The vibes were great, loved my cocktail. The service was timely and friendly. The food was good overall but didn’t really wow me. It’s really solid Chinese food!

The food is outstanding! We had pork, duck, green beans and combo fried rice dishes to share.
The only two complains I have are: the chopsticks - they're plastic (I prefer wood or bamboo) that makes them too slippery; the music - contemporary pop and somewhat loud.

Love the alley location. Beautiful space. The flavors are very strong, maybe even overpowering in some cases. Although the noodles with mushrooms were oddly bland. The crispy eggplant was overly fried for my taste. My dinner companions loved it, though. Everything else was really good!

Very cool walk to the location. Trendy alley with murals, shops and cafes. Really flavorful food with a hint of heat. Eggplant and cauliflower apps were great. Beef chow fun amazing. Very friendly staff as well! Top notch. Tx!
