The food is tasty and always serviced with a smile. I've been here for take out and the staff is always friendly. Sometimes I'll wait for a few minutes while they cook my food and it's always a joy to watch them. They recently started a chicken and side special on Wednesday night that I look forward to. It's a great way to get some delicious chicken without getting the whole bird.
When I moved to DC I was searching for authentic Peruvian food. This is definitely it!! Very good pollo a la brasa, lomo saltado, and arroz chaufa and the people who work there are super nice

We've ordered from Tigo's a few times and just the other night for takeout. The chicken is delicious, has never disappointed. I usually get the half chicken w/ 2 sides (I usually get plantains and red beans); it's enough for at least a meal and a snack, if not two meals. Good value for money.Really love the sauces they give you and the service has always been direct and quick (we usually order carry out). The place itself isn't mind blowing, but easy to sit and enjoy their offerings.Great neighbor to the H Street community, highly recommended!

This is my definition of a perfect bite--a little bit of everything.Lomo saltado is this carb lover's dream. It is a popular, traditional Peruvian dish (inspired by Chinese stir-fry). This stir fry typically combines marinated strips of thinly sliced beef steak with onions, tomatoes, french fries, and soy sauce and is served with rice.Rice and French fries - two of my favorite starches married together in a gravy-like substance. How do you get there to grab some? 1322 H St NE, Washington, DC 20002Parking can be a bit challenging, especially for someone like myself who refuses to parallel park. You can take the circular bus, walk from Union Station, or take the X2 bus.

Peruvian food is incredible and this place knocks it out of the park. Happy to have this delicious restaurant in the neighborhood.

No flavor. There are other Peruvian chicken spots that are way better. They were close and decided to try them out but I wish I hadn’t. I ordered the chicken and yuca fries. Food was hot but the chicken lacked flavor and the yucca was okay. Sauces also lack
