Highly recommend! The afternoon crew was very welcoming, customer forward and provided exceptional quality service. The coffees and muffins were very good!! Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the DC area!

I ordered a cup of cold milk and a pastry, not iced milk, just cold. They initially gave me a cup of hot milk, after asking me for verification of my order twice. I gave it back to them and reminded them again I just wanted cold milk. They asked if I wanted it iced, and I told them no. The staff behind the counter, particularly an older woman, proceeded to mock me and then gave me almond milk, which I cannot drink. I ended up throwing it away as I did not realize what they had given me until I left and I could not be late for my appointment.

I'm kicking myself that I was lazy for so many years just going to Panera. Everything here is so much better, especially the iced chai latte!
When you order a LARGE americano expect it to be only HALF FILLED. Why do they sell a large and give you the equivalent of a small??? Happens every time, so today will be the last visit there. Save your money and go elsewhere.... unless you feel it's worth it to pay for a large cup for your small drink.
