I have visited this location twice. The coffee drinks are tasty as was my toast (avocado smash). I also had a PB&B bowl that was good. The ladies that run this location are kind and efficient.

We really enjoyed our visit! The food was high-quality and beautifully presented, and the coffee was delicious. Ferozan’s team made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured everything was just the way we liked it. Highly recommended!

There is a reason I've been a regular for a little over a year. When I first encountered this location, I was absolutely satisfied. The food and food presentation was exceptional; THE MATCHA BOWL WITH PEANUT DRIZZLE IS FIRE!!! The lovely ladies that work in the front are so sweet and always welcome me, regardless of being a regular. The atmosphere is clean and clear, I spend most of my remote-academic work in the location. Its like doing homework at a coffee shop... but so...
