I went to Toscana Market for the cooking class on September 27, 2025. The chef running the session was kind, personable, and patient, and the food was DELICIOUS. Tickets were on the pricey side, but considering both the quality and quantity of food that we got, not to mention the complimentary Limoncello and wine, they were well worth it. Seriously — we ate a lot while we were there and still brought home enough leftovers to feed us over the next few days.
I got the tickets as a birthday present for my partner's birthday and 100 percent recommend it either as a date or as a bonding activity. The staff made it a wonderful experience, and I look forward to coming back!
Had lunch there and their signature cream filled Italian pastries. Had some focaccia-style breads with a variety of toppings. They were really good and nice easy lunch.
Really liked the market itself, as it has many fresh deli items, sweet and savory pastries and breads.
Wines, salads, sandwiches, many gourmet pasta options.
We went there on the Underground Donut Tour DC, which was a fun way to see some the sweet treats in DC.
I am sure if you live in the area and need an Italian specialty this is a place to go!
Love the communal eatery marketplace Toscana provides. Several vendors to choose your desired cuisine. Big fan of the bar being there and upstairs is fun to people watch from. Recommend!
Daniele, Luis, and Alex were so awesome. We had a bachelorette cooking class for 16 people and it went off without a hitch. Daniele kept us moving along so we would have time to eat also kept it lively and fun! The bar was awesome and the food was so yummy. A great, perfectly well run process and we couldn’t have been happier. So many leftovers too!! Thank you Daniele & team! We can’t wait to do it again!!!
Went to the Torino class on 10/5/24. Had an amazing time - open bar, steaks, and a variety of pastas plus dessert. And loads of leftovers to take home. Very accommodating for dietary restrictions as well. Would absolutely recommend!
I was sick on the day we had our tickets, and thus needed to cancel/postpone as to avoid getting the rest of the attendees sick too. I tried to call and send an email to cancel, but their phone number is disabled and they did not respond to an email. When I sent them a message on Instagram, they told me to send an email. It has been months now and I haven’t been able to get a hold of them. Hopefully this can get someone to finally respond, ridiculous that a class that costs this much money would have such terrible customer service.
Danielle taught a fantastic cooking class!
Last year I went with my husband to take the ravioli and cheesecake class, we loved it, the teacher was super good, the space is beautiful, comfortable and they make you really enjoy the experience
Incredible food, but what really sets this place apart is their cooking classes. The classes are in high demand so you have to get your tickets in advance, but it is well worth it. We had a bunch of regulars attending with us, so we knew it was going to be a great time. The owner, who instructs the class, is very kind, patient, and generous. He took his time teaching and answering questions, provided more than enough supplies, and did everything he could to ensure we had a wonderful experience. We started with a cocktail and fresh focaccia bread. The marinara sauce with the bread and some other dishes was the tastiest sauce I’ve ever had. There was a self serve station for water and wine throughout the class. We made a fried risotto appetizer, pizza, spinach and cheese ravioli, and gnocchi. The owner and his staff gave one-on-one instruction when needed, and were very nice and helpful. We gave the staff everything we had prepared to be cooked in the kitchen. Our dishes were returned hot and ready for a delicious meal. There was so much food we were provided with to go containers and had it for several meals afterwards. We were also treated to limoncello gelato and limoncello shots at the very end of the class. This class was so fun and informative, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The quality ingredients, experience, drinks, and food were well worth the price. Highly recommend!

Excellent food. Oscar and Carlos were very friendly. Oskar prepaid food me excellent pasta with tasty sausage, meat balls and eggplants. Nice music playing to create a nice relaxing atmosphere to complement tasty food. Thee espresso dixd not disappointt mee either. It was the best food I had in the USA.
Food is often not ready even after I receive a text that says it’s ready. Orders frequently take an hour. Quality is extremely inconsistent and sometimes not edible.
I went for a pistachio doughnut and I got this!!they couldn’t even bother to use the right green color for the cream!
Pasta making class was a great experience!! Great hosts
I came here to try the bombolinis and loved them so much that I decided to come back and try their other food. Their chicken parm sandwich may be the best chicken parm sandwich I've had in a long, long time.
