Horrible service! I had been working all day and only had 20 minutes to eat, so I placed my order an hour ahead of time, making sure to provide my phone number and address. When I randomly opened the app, I saw that the driver had left because he 'couldn’t find the building.' Why didn’t he use my phone number to call or WhatsApp me for the location? Completely unacceptable!

My order was delayed by over an hour. When I contacted the store,I was informed that the food had been ready for quite some time, but the driver failed to show up. This was especially frustrating because the app showed that the driver was at the store.
I reached out to customer service, expecting a resolution. However, the only response I received was an offer to cancel the order, which is completely unacceptable. I placed the order with the expectation of receiving my food on time, not to deal with such disorganized and unprofessional service.
NOT ACCEPTABLE, specially for someone who's been a gold member on the app for a long time

في فرع لبنان طرابلس في أحد المطاعم نصبو على المطعم مصريات وكلما يطالب فيهن يقلولو تغير المدير وطلعو الموظفين عم ياخدو الطلبات عبيوتن وما بتوصل للزبون عنجد للاسف اتفه شركه في لبنان ومحدا بقا يتعامل معهم لأن نصابين وبدنا نوصي لكل المطاعم في طرابلس بعدم التعامل مع هذه الشركه السيئه والنصابه
