The most disappointing dining experience I've had in a while. I had the bronzino. It wasn't bad, but it was very far from great. The portion size was also disappointing. I had to order some fries in order to make it feel like a full meal. Then the service was also disappointing. I was out of water multiple times. The waiter also disappeared for a long period which was frustrating because I was out of water and because I needed to get my check so that I could be on time to my next destination. This was one of those experiences where you basically feel like someone stole your money. I couldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Excellence. The hotel and restaurant are newly renovated and they nailed it. I posted a menu from 9/26/2022. The Wagyu Smash Burger with shoestring duckfat fries are heavenly. The staff was knowledgeable and timely. They enjoy their jobs and it shows. Good job St Gregory Hotel for obtaining and securing great staff during a time of severe labor shortages. Hats off to your interior designers as well.

I thought the restaurant was beautiful, but menu somewhat limited and prices are not the best. I would still return to eat there though, simply for the atmosphere.

We stayed for the weekend here, had dinner the first night, and breakfast Sunday morning plus cocktails all weekend long. Everything was awesome!!! The smash burger is delicious. The cauliflauer is great too just know it is spicy!

Excellent visit. Had a fantastic lunch and drink at the bar. Very professional staff and friendly. Minyae was extremely attentive and welcoming.

The food was great, but I wish there had been more options available. Also, I wish there were more breakfast combinations that combined to the price of our free breakfast vouchers.

Excellent breakfast - the classic breakfast, breakfast sandwich, and mocha are better than what I've had in many restaurants. Great service and large windows (natural light/people watching).

In a time of more choices than ever, their dinner menu of barely 5 entries plus 6-7 appetizers is just a stark contrast and the prices made it far less appetizing. Food trucks have more options. Perhaps the foods were good, but we didn't even see any on neighboring tables, nothing like the previous restaurant photos on this site. With a very thin crowd Saturday night, the host and waiters were slow to tend us. After 10 minutes, we left without ordering.

The wait staff need some training I think. All very nice people, just new in the industry I believe. Fill coffees and waters without being asked, Pricing - ouch! Value for the breakfast just isn't there. $19 avocado toast (with a single egg!). One piece of French toast - $16??? If you're staying in the hotel - I recommend reserving a table via their website link to OpenTable, unless you've got 20-30 min to spare waiting.

Everything from the service, cocktails, & food have downgraded in this place sadly. Used to be my favourite spot in the city. They used to do high quality cocktails with a single ice cube etc served by a specialist now they have a guy serving you watery drinks and telling you that’s just how they do it. They won’t give you mayo, mustard, or ranch with your meals, the waitress(?) won’t even bother asking you if you need anything she’ll be chit chatting at the bar with the rest of the crew. The attitude is just cocky, and they give you dirty looks when you call them for something. They’ll put the bill in front of you before you’re even close to done. It’s a shame.. used to be a classy joint

The avocado toast they serve here is definitely the best one in DC. The first class ingredients and the bread makes a whole difference. Tasty like heaven

Popped in on a cool April evening to warm up and have a cocktail. It hit the spot. Old school hotel bar but inviting from the street. Olives and mixed nuts, nicely poured dark n stormy as well as a bourbon Campari drink. Some obnoxious patron spewing about his art collection, failed marriage and how much he's worth is not the bar's fault.

They ran out of food. They offered 5 dishes of which 2 not available. Also ran out of dessert.
