Had brunch here over the weekend with some friends for my birthday. Bottomless mimosas/rails is definitely the move! Brussels sprouts (on the side menu) were so good! Definitely need to be an appetizer option. Chicken and waffles were fine, nothing to write home about. Overall great for the price.

My husband, son and I ate here for the first time tonight. Service was prompt and courteous, our various salads were delicious, and we enjoyed our entrees: pork chop, fish and chips and the eggplant Milanese. We'll have to return for brunch and their bottomless mimosas (or Bloody Mary's) sometime soon!

We had a nice meal at Trio Bristo tonight. My French Grilled Pork Chop was moist and flavorful. The Brussels sprouts and carrots were delicious too. I started the meal with the Trio salad which had just the right amount of lemon vinaigrette. Service was prompt and friendly. I recommend the Trio!

If you go for brunch, please dear god do not order the chicken and waffles. It was two Tysons reheated chicken tenders, with 3 waffle quarters. For $20. They got upset when we asked to split the check and made sure we knew it. For a brunch spot in DC, you'd expect it to at least be semi-crowded by "brunch" time. We were the only table in the restaurant.

This is what authentic simple goodness is about. What makes it even nicer is the hospitable and thoughtful wait staff. The ambiance is suitable for date night, girls/guys night, or business connection. Local is always better. Happy eating.

Amazing brunch spot with bottomless mimosas that include rail drinks! Impeccable service from the young lady waitress there (sorry I forgot her name). The food was delicious! Will return!

Trio is my "go to" restaurant for brunch, especially their Eggs Benedict, which they make just right.

I absolutely love coming to Trio for brunch!! The $22 bottomless brunch deal is one of the best in the city! The servers are always friendly and fun and the food is delicious!! They're great at accommodating big parties and the outdoor patio is lovely!!! Being right on 17th street makes it very accessible and has quickly become one of my frequent brunch spots!!

I have been going to Trio's for years, but they are not going to get away with this. Brunch is pretty good, but it doesn't say much that a restaurant can do breakfast well - what skill is there in eggs, ham pancakes, etc.? And fine, I let them slide with English muffins basically raw/untoasted and sausage links uncooked inside and burned on the outside. To be sure, Trio quality was never great. But one of the only excellent items on the menu was CRAB CAKES. They were great and after all we're near the Chesapeake, famous for crabs. But they decided to degrade even this. The version I got last time was worse than ANY i have ever had. Mrs. Paul's frozen crab cakes (at the grocery store) beats these by a mile. Absolutely horrible. Start avoiding Trio's. Go to Logan Tavern, Stoney's or the Commissary, or BETTER YET, Kramer books or Clyde's
