Employees are friendly, but the wait was way too long ? 30 minutes for a chicken quesadilla and chips is not good. I pretty much finished my smoothie before I got my food. This location seemed adequately staffed but one employee mentioned that they only have one oven. They need more equipment to handle the in person orders online orders, and phone call orders. ?They should also have they should. They also did not seem to have any particular person in charge. Someone should have at least reassured the customers that their order was getting worked on.

Upon entering, the place has a disgusting smell. One of eggs. The employees talk while making your food, talk while you’re ordering and barely say “you’re welcome” or “thank you”.
And the fruits look rotten (pic attached), I put my smoothie in the trash right when I left.

I’m sure the employees are great, but just not professional.

this was the best smoothie I've gotten from them in a while! Jaylaih and her team rock very friendly. She made my drink perfect I hope the team she worked with is there the next time I order. Thanks ladies

It is a clean, cool atmosphere with good music and a kind team. I asked for the code to the restroom without issues and the team seemed to collaborate well with orders. I loved my mango pineapple smoothie. I would go back! Thanks team!

Ordered a chia pudding bowl and asked for peanut butter instead of honey and was told that the owners don't allow the associates to substitute peanut butter for honey although I am able at other tropical smoothie cafes and that I would have to pay extra for it although I would not be receiving the honey. There need to be uniformity and consistency across the franchise. I feel like fair exchange is no robbery. What if i was allergic to honey?

Placed an online order while in store. Since i was 2nd in line and the guy in front of me had 4 smoothies on one order. Mobile order said it would be ready in 20 mins yet they never started my order. 8 people came in after me got their order. After my estimated time for pickup came and went. I asked for a manager. In which a staffer that was listening in while i told the manager 8 people came and got they smoothies and yet i still haven't got mines. The staffer says did you let us know you placed a mobile order. In which i responded to the manager why would i have to tell anyone i have a mobile order when i have been to multiple locations they just make it. I asked for a refund and they offered nothing to compensate for my time unprofessionalism or anything. Would not return . And i suggest if you go order in person because they don't care about online orders

This review is long overdue. I’ve been ordering from here through Uber Eats for quite sometime. I’ve never been disappointed. My go-to order is the Detox Island Green smoothie and the chicken pesto flatbread. Delicious!

Just came from this spot. Its saturday around 1215pm. Either some of the complaints are overboard or has been 100 percent resolved quickly. Music was not loud, the girls were working hard without manager i think, they were quick and polite when customer made small talk and another was a little snootie while waiting for her mobileorder. Food was hot and fresh. The place was clean Keep doing a great jobs girls. Good to see black people eating healthy.

If you’re an early bird, like myself, I suggest avoiding this location. This place is managed with negative energy and unprofessionalism.

We ordered a BAJA Chicken Wraps and Smoothie Meal. Our meal was thick and delicious. Our smoothie was fresh and delicious. Staff was helpful and friendly.
