I walked in to order an island detox. The muslin cashier was a bit snappy because I asked for the protein options. I decided to go without because whey was not available. The other young lady with the braids loudly said she wasn’t going g to make the smoothie because it was almost time for her to get off. I said no worries I don’t want it anymore. I walked out the store and she yelled, “Now I’m irritated.” Unacceptable customer service to say the least. They represented your company very poorly.

Initially the service person was friendly, but once she got my money, things went downhill. I requested the key to the bathroom and she told me to knock on the door but there were an employee taking up space in the bathroom on their break. And an employee on her break went out of her way to scoff at me for requesting the key. Horrible atmosphere, and the food is horrible. It was supposed to be bbq chicken but it was chicken slathered in Tabasco sauce in a wrap. Horrible people, horrible service, horrible food. One star! I would have given them a zero if I could.
