Tropical Smoothie Cafe

First let me say “all PB protein bowls aren’t created equal “ I get one almost everyday but the normal spots I go to have been missing the mark. That was until I came here. I just picked up my bowl and it’s the best one I’ve ever had. Every store should make it exactly like the one at this location because it tastes absolutely amazing!

Purchased a Bahama Mama bowl for my daughter. We get home she takes a bite and immediately spits it out because the pineapples were spoiled. I called the restaurant to let them know the pineapples were bad and the workers response was “why you say that?” So I told her that they stink and taste like they’ve been soaking in alcohol to which she responded “ok”. I won’t be coming back to this location or any Tropical Smoothie Cafe in the DMV

Customer service is non-existent. Was not acknowledged with a simple “hello, how can i help you”. It was like i was talking to a brick wall. I loveee tropical smoothie, but i will never step foot in this location again.

Staff is extremely slow and rude. They don't acknowledge customers at all and ignore you when you have a question. Tropical smoothie needs to look into people being hired in this area. The grown man with the nose ring needs proper training or should be fired immediately.

Ghetto rude people I’ve had other tropical smoothies and get the same thing every time this is by far nasty

I am so disappointed I order a turkey bacon ranch sandwich bread is so hard can’t even eat at all. This food cost too much for this. I wish I can post a video so you can hear me tapping into the bread.

I Don’t Recommend this tropical smoothie. I was there about two weeks ago and there was ants crawling in my bag. I had ordered flatbread and a smoothie. This is sad they must have a pest problem. That is the most trifling location out of them all. I always support but this is getting out of hands. They don’t even wear gloves or hair nets, everyone in there is rude and dirty! They need a better staff

What an excellent choice for our neighborhood and a remarkable staff, to boot!!! They REALLY make an effort to break the mold of raunchy customer service by going above & beyond. I HOPE other stores take note*

Couple reasons why I like this location:It’s an open counter, so you can literally see everything and see who knows what they’re doing and treating your smoothie with love,My last visit was great , smoothie was blended to perfection . Anytime I spend my money at any establishment I always pray that it’s worth it because ppl don’t care
