I was very excited to have something fresh and convenient to my work the staff was very nice and welcoming the food was well prepared and tasty but the new staff! There polite but the food is not the same it has become a hit or miss my smoothie was bland and the wrap was messy and had way to much ranch and I didn’t even know ranch was a ingredient before because it was so well made this was not healthy

Açaí Bowl. Paid for extra granola and barely got any from what actually comes with it. And my blueberries tasted old and a lot were smushed.

Way too expensive..bethesda and falls church is so much cheaper. Your not the only business in dc that are charging high prices. I don't go to those either

Was excited to have this in the neighborhood! Finally ordered last night. Flatbread sandwich looked like a hot mess…lettuce on life support. Smoothie had chunks in it. Pretty sure that is antithetical to the “smooth” in smoothie. I’ve had Tropical Smoothie in other locations that’s better. I’ll give it another try and hopefully it will be better.

I went in yesterday around 12 honestly everything was great the smoothies the service and the food but one thing I couldn’t stand was the customers they were so rude. When I got there it was a bit busy but we were told multiple times the wait time and even when we got our smoothies we were given a bag of chips for the wait. One thing I will agree on is that there was a female staff member that was very rude and had a attitude but other then that the experience was great and I will be back.

Nice location but took FOREVER, and it wasn't very busy with 3 folx working. Workers were not kind and very standoffish. It took approximately 25 minutes for 1 smoothie. Then the smoothie arrives -- and it's mostly ice. I used to work at a Tropical Smoothie -- they didn't do something right. I won't be back.

Twice (out of two times) they have delivered my order missing items; a smoothie this time, a smoothie and a cookie last time. The only remedy they offer is for me to drive in for a replacement.

The staff was kind—especially the cashier, the food was delicious, and I felt safe in the restaurant. Though, I wish there were singular seats for people dining in alone. This place is great nonetheless.

Yesterday was my first time going to this tropical smoothie and when I say there in buisness there in buisness I went around 12 and it was packed. The wait was about 10-25 minutes which was okay for the amount of customers, something that was new to me was that the entire staff was teens which I love to see hard working kids. The smoothies are a 10/10 and food was around a 7/10 I recommend for everyone to pass by and give it a try!!!!

I’ve lived in the neighborhood for a couple years now and me and my family are happy they finnaly opened. When I entered I was greeted nicely by the owners and staff ordering was easy and the wait was about 10-15 on a rush I loved how they made sure to keep checking up on customers to let them know it will be out shortly the male cashier Hispanic/indian I apologize if I’m wrong, was great to me and my family helping us order and even letting us know we can save money with the app, also the male owner was very friendly interacting with customers and having a great conversation with me and my family.The food was great I recommend the jerk chicken wrap and chipotle chicken club. For smoothies we got the island green and sunrise sunsets they were made to the right texture which I love since I’m picky. Thank you for having us me and family will definitely be a daily!!!
