While it may just be a simple juice bar, there’s something delightful about the experience. The cashier, friendly demeanor made me feel welcome. It’s the little touches like this that elevate a basic visit!

Please add a drop down rubber ramp so wheelchair users can access your shop. They are less than $200 on Amazon, Uline may have some too

Came here on a Sunday 9/14 at 11 am to support, doors locked and no one was there despite the hours online saying different. Really disappointed

This Turning Natural location has gone downhill, but my Jackfruit Patti and ginger pineapple juice were delicious. The young lady at the cash counter was not hospitable. My family and I were placing multiple orders and she continued to ask me, “Will that complete your order”, as if she was rushing us.

And the atmosphere is not as warm as it once was. I’m trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, because maybe they’re in a transition phase. The family and I did walked a block down to this other cafe called, “Grounded.” That service, food and atmosphere was much better! I sure hope Turning Natural at this location get it together.

The young lady greeted me when I entered, explained when my burger would be ready. The veggie burger was delicious and filled with fresh ingredients: spinach, tomatoes, peppers (and the price worked for budget!)

I would recommend a pita instead of a bun to better contain all of the juicy deliciouness.

This is my first time at this location I was excited I’ve heard good things I came all the the way from VA my smoothie was good but the coustmer service was lacking the young lady did not great me or even look up at me I had to get her attention to order . Smoothie was good but I will not be back because the young girl was very rude thanks

Poor customer service, when I spend my money I want to be greeted with a friendly smile. The young lady looked like she hates her job. I just left this location.

The juice here has always been delicious and a go to for a good cleanse. It’s just never a smooth process or there is some type of issue with pick up and this has been my experience for a few years now.

Today’s challenge is why I couldn’t purchase a juice as a walk in. I came for a 3 day cleanse pickup that was unavailable. I got over it, that’s fine.

When I asked if I could buy one juice or if they made juice in store for purchase I was told “NO” because they make the juice in a factory nearby. Totally confused.

Walking out juiceless and confused. It’s about an hour drive for me.

Yall hours say you close at 3 on Sunday. I arrived at 230 after DRIVING HERE, using my gas to support your business & yall closed. Either need to correct your hours or use your social media properly to let folks know you have an emergency. Basic customer service .

I’ve been a customer of Turning Natural for over 2 years, and I’m deeply disappointed by the customer service. I ordered a 7 day juice cleanse and was told to pick up my 2nd set of juices on Sunday, which would include only 2 pickups, but when I arrived, the staff told me the delivery didn’t come and he said I have to come back for 3 pickups, which is not accurate and not on the website. I waited over an hour for my juices and the staff finally gave me my 2nd pickup of juices without the delivery once I returned in the store. I always came to pick up my cleanse for two days, not three. I am deeply disappointed by the customer service and inconvenience.

The contact phone number doesn’t work. The menu in the store on display sounds really lovely but they never have any of the items. Lack of management and care at this establishment.

I've been here twice and twice the person working the counter referred me to pick a juice from the fridge when I asked for a fresh vegetable juice. Might as well just put a vending machine in the grocery store and save the overhead space.

The food here is delicious but this location constantly opens really late. Walked down to get a smoothie and They weren’t open til 10:30am when online it says 9am. Somewhat misleading and inconvenient. Should definitely change the time online it’s very obvious that they’re understaffed.
