Simply the best!! 10 of 10 quality and service! This is my go to spot whenever I’m in the DC area!! I actually love all the locations! The staff always has a great vibe and their products are always super fresh!

This establishment will feel god’s wrath for serving juices and cleanses that are cut with ultra processed juice. People want to heal but you all want to make money. You all are no better than the pharmacies. I feel sorry for anyone who thinks that they are eating “healthy” here. Just another black owned business deceiving the people with dishonesty.

I really want to tear them apart in this review but I won't because at least the lady today was apologetic. Things that would make this location better include: an order here sign, someone or something competent enough to know what items need to be restocked and common courtesy. The real issue I have is that they have raised prices and lowered nearly everything else with the most important being customer service and quality.I'm huge on getting what you pay for or at least personal satisfaction and today I felt I was strong armed of both. The second biggest issue I have is that you should never have someone pay for something without letting them know verbally or in writing the items that you are out of.I have been a huge fan of Turning Natural since inception and will no longer support them as them problem is storewide. Paying $15 for salads that don't have items that people paid for is robbery. On top of that you could at least supplement items that you don't have by doubling others but that isn't the case.Please see pictures of food attached and no I did not eat anything out of them prior to taking pictures!

I have patronized TN for 8 or 9 yrs. The quality of smoothies and patties have been consistent. The problem is the work ethic and customer service. No matter which location I visit I always feel like the workers are doing me favor by serving me. Most recently I went to Takoma Park location on Wednesday before Thanksgivings at 1:50pm. I was the only customer yet I was barely greeted. Then I was told No Salads, No patties and they closed at 2:30pm eventhough google said 5:00pm. Finally nothing but add-ons can be added to my smoothies...but what if I want more banana???Meanwhile, the coffee shop right next door was bustling, serving the enitre food menu, closing at posted time, and didn't have a problem with special requests. I know Turning Natural is not a coffee shop so not apples to apples but I have had several issues in recent years so I wanted to speak on a few in case anyone is listening.

I've been a long time customer of Turning Natural and highly recommended their juices, smoothies and cleanses. My favorite smoothie is their Happy Hemp that comes with mango, pineapple, spinach, spirulina and hemp protein. So yummy! The black bean burger and spinach patty are pretty good too. They now even have açaí and pitaya bowls that I'm excited to try. They're also black owned and have locations throughout the DMV. You really can't go wrong!

My smoothie was amazing ! I nice pick me up on this muggy day. Just want to thank the guys that helped me and my husband today. Nice service goes a long way. I tried the Bob Marley smoothie which had a perfect mix of mango, apple juice, hemp and some other things I forgot lol. Perfect combination of sweet and tangy. I also tried my husbands drink, he got the Muhammad Ali which was a strawberry and blueberry mix. I liked it as well because I love blueberries but I liked my drink better. I like my smoothies to be more sweet so it was right up my alley. The place is cute and clean and I love the plants, easy to locate and lots of parking on the street. They have a nice variety for you to try, fresh fruit bowls, sea moss, and ginger shots! Check them out!

I ran into this place while working on the area and craving a smoothie. Brian was very pleasant and possibly a mind reader. Lol. He asked if I wanted sweet and recommended a Bob Marley smoothie. Boy, was he on point!! Not only was it sweet and delicious, it had all natural sugars that took care of my craving in the best way possible. I topped it off with a vegetable patty which was very fresh and delicious. Although this spot isn’t directly close to where I live, it’s going to be my new go to spot anytime I’m in the area! Thanks once again Brian!

I had a meeting in the next building over and this juice bar immediately caught my eye as I was leaving. I ordered the Bob Marley and it just might have been the best smoothie I've ever had. It was not too sweet yet it was bursting with flavor. I could taste all the fruits in the drink and it was so refreshing. It's a good thing I don't live too close to it or else I might be here everyday. Will definitely return any time I'm in the area.
