Probably the best sushi for the price you can get in the city. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the chicken katsu was a great size. Will definitely be going back 🙂

Fresh and well prepared Sushi in this cute restaurant. Very friendly and attentive team working there as well. We both had the Sushi Deluxe which was great and was presented nicely. I forgot to take pictures though.

Amazing sushi restaurant in dc! The service was amazing and the sushi was great. I loved the spicy salmon roll, Superman roll, and the fried spring rolls. Will visit again!

I’ve been ordering from Umi almost every week for the past 2 years, and each order has been consistently delicious. This is my go-to sushi takeout spot in DC given its quality, price, and large variety. Exceptional service when ordering - the staff takes the time to label each item in a group order by name and pairs items ordered by the same person together! I also love how you can make all the rolls with brown rice.
