Came to DC for a day trip and needed a quick place to eat lunch. Decided on this Pub as it had a lot of great reviews. Our waitress was very nice. Although the pub had a few patrons on a Wednesday afternoon, the wait time to get our food was still long. Something was wrong with each item we ordered. The kitchen was quick in addressing the errors, but not impressed that something was wrong with an order of tenders and a salad. The food ended up being ok afterwards.

Went here with a few people about mid day and it was not busy so we were seated fast and our orders taken speedy. We had wings and frickles, fried pickles. The wings were very good! Plump and full of meat. Sauce was buffalo and it had a nice kick and good flavor! Only reason why there is not a 5 star for food were the frickles were soggy, the batter fell right off, cut a little too thick for pickle chips and all an all not a very good dish. Waitress was very nice and attentive! They were very accomodating to any accomodations some in the party wanted on their food. Atomosphere was nice and was a way bigger bar than first thought. It did have a leaky ceiling in one section that was closed but on the way to the bathrooms that did hurt some of the atmosphere.
Vegetarian options: One in the party got a very good veggies burger. I am a meat eater but I tried it and I must say it was very good!

Luz was an attentive and friendly server! She was quick and polite and I throughly enjoyed sitting in her section! She also didn’t make me feel rushed or anything even though the place started to pick up while I was sitting there.
