Was excited to try the deep dish as I missed the ones from Chicago. The crust was flaky and didn't taste like butter. The tomato was watery and was also bland. Very different from what I had in Chicago. The fries were clearly reheated and hard but not crispy. Fries tasted better after reheating in air fryer.

I eat here several times a year because it’s one of two sit-down restaurants at Union Station and the only one with a bar. The food is pretty good — I always get the half Caesar and the individual Numero Uno — but the service is very poor. They are understaffed and even when I think I have plenty of time before my train, I end up rushing to get my check paid (which itself takes too long) before heading to my train.

Always have a great meal here — whether eating in or taking out. The deep-dish pizza is THE BEST! And the lunch special is a fantastic value.
The servers are always friendly — though the place seems slightly under-staffed. (There was no host at the front entrance, so a server eventually showed me to a table.)
Overall — you’re looking for delicious Chicago deep-dish pizza in DC, this is the place to go!

We travel out of Union Station 2-3 times a year. I’ve had such horrible experiences here that I’ve written them off over and over again. But we still end up here because there aren’t enough options to sit and be served food & drink. Now today we come in, and they’ve totally turned the corner!! Amber was our server, she was nice. The food was good, and the place was clean. If you want a nice experience before catching a train, give them another try.

I went there 11/25/2024 with my family. The ambiance and the service was what was expected from an Uno. The disappointing aspect was the food was cold. I order the burger and fries as the main, calamari as the app. They were cold, not in the vicinity of warm. Generally, like most problems, it starts at the top. The manager failed to maintain oversight. The server did what he could, but nothing can overcome failed leadership. I wonder why the chain is going under. We had to get food from Wendy's down stairs afterwards.

Table for one… seated.. waited 15 minutes and finally server shows up and says you can’t sit here it’s for paying customers. I said the hostess sat me here. Where are your menus… went to get menu and silver ware… ok I be back… 10 minutes… she comes back… no silverware but menu😏.Try to order a beer she says let me see what we have .. 10 minutes later.. what you want? I said IPa… 20 minutes later beer arrives. Placed food order. Foos arrives actually in 10 minutes and order another beer… 25 minutes pass and after multiple ask she says the bar is too busy… I have plain view of beer not busy but incompetent. I get the bill with two beers on it and still no beer. Ask for payment, said where is my beer… goes back to bar…comes back and said she is still busy and will pour it when she can…I ask for manager… 10 minutes notbeer or manager…. 15 minutes no beer no manager… 20 minutes beer arrives and I ask about manager… says he will be right out.. 10 more minutes no manger and ask so pay…. 10 more minutes she comes to get check and tells me manger is too busy but he will cover a beer. I said your manager James is his name is am incompetent manager and it shows in every aspect of this restaurant. He and the bartender need to go. DO NOT GO HERE. Its a disaster!!!

Coincidentally, I come from New York City, I went to the pizzeria one and it turns out that the service of the terrible waiter causes many people to leave the place because they don't hurry very slowly and they don't even greet the food, it's terrible and nothing other than a dirty table, it takes a long time. to get the food they are like a turtle in everything

I always go to UNO’s when taking the train. It might be the only place to get an adult beverage in the station (I haven’t been to Amtrak’s lounge). It also looks like they have drinks to go if you’re taking a train somewhere.

Out of 18 tables, 12 had dirty dishes on them. Hard to order food at a restaurant as filthy as this one!

I had to come here to give this place a good review because i was treated so well. I just arrived from Boston and wanted a beer, they were nice at greeting and opened space for me at the bar. Ppl were having a good time and it felt cheerful to be in town. I didn’t get food but I was tempted bc it was calling my attention. Shout out to the bar team and I guess also to the manager. But mostly the bar team since they were there first. The manager took care of me later on when it got busier. This can get busy! Good job team! There’s beer!

I understand being understaffed but wait 30 minutes just for the server to walk away after I asked a simple question. She was very rude. We didn’t even order drinks. She just kept saying I’ll be back. I will NOT be eating here again.
