Im a native of 43 yrs and have been eating at Unos for many years. My favorite was the Georgetown location (RIP). While there are a few staples I miss like the All American the food is still as delicious as it was 25 yrs ago! The Potato Skins are a classic & a must try if youve never had them. However, the service was HORRIBLE. We waited 15 mins for a server to come greet us. Then when he did finally show up it toom another 10 mins for him to bring our sodas. Our food took so long it was crazy. We will definitely return because the food is still really amazing but the service took away from our experience.

I work for a tour agency and have to bring students to UNO’s in DC, Union Station. I am always amazed at how quickly and efficiently the staff serve our groups, no matter if 20 or 100.Food is always plentiful, hot and delicious. Kids love it.This time, we had Valencia and Amber providing service. Both of these ladies were fantastic! Courteous, quick, complied with requests immediately. We didn’t feel rushed. But, were completely satisfied and happy when we left!

The deep dish pizza wasn't good. It was actually awful. Cold, dry, and burnt. The pasta dish was also cold, and the flavor...well, we never found it. The salad was the highlight, and it was just mixed lettuce and italian dressing. The server was also missing in action the whole meal. It is not somewhere we would retun.

Went with a party on the larger size. Food was cold and not appetizing—didn’t finish food. Server was not friendly. Large school groups were constantly passing by.

They are famous for the Chicago style deep dish pizza, even though there was no Chicago style deep dish pizza. The food was cold when we got it, and it was undercooked. There are also holes in the bathroom, which makes me feel very uncomfortable
The Food was decent, that is about my only compliment for this place. The service was some of the worst I have ever experienced, we went here with about 2 hours before our train arrived. Everything took comedically long, they took about fifty minutes to an hour to bring us food after we ordered, then didn't come back at all for another 40 minutes. Eventually, about 6 minutes before our train left they brought the check. We literally had to sprint to the platform like a scene from a movie. Thankfully we got to our train on time.

The food was served to us cold, dirty silverware, dirty cups, plates with hair. The service was quick but food was unpleasant. I would Absolutely never come back. One of us fell sick and was left unsatisfied. Our orders were not taken random food was given to us. I would not recommend this place.

My boyfriend and I were at union station to catch a train and decided to stop at unos for pizza and a pitcher of beer. We were seated immediately and the hostess was really nice!Unfortunately, it went downhill from here. The waiter told us he would be right with us continuously as we watched tables of people who came in after us get served.Thinking maybe the waiter forgot about us, we moved to the bar, hoping for better service. It was the same. The bartender even poured a drink for someone who ordered one after us after we were still waiting and had been waiting over 15 minutes for the pitcher (we never got the pitcher).We ended up just leaving. Dont eat here. The food court has way better service.
