Uproar Lounge & Restaurant is a vibrant and friendly spot with a diverse crowd, known as the "De Facto Bear Bar of DC". The staff is top tier, and the food, especially the fries, is top-notch. The Beer Bust event is recommended for the Bear Community. Unfortunately, a guest had an incident with a lost passport on a Saturday evening.
