I stopped here for a beer alone after working a 10 hour shift and was delighted to try my first Black IPA, locally brewed no less! Tonight we enjoyed a pop up of chaos by Chef Ryan Hackney. The bacon with bourbon glaze and pickles was a nice combination of flavors. My husband really enjoyed the salmon served on a bed of sweet potatos. The beef on my burger was nicely seasoned and they didn't skimp on cheese! All in all, we had a lovely meal. I went upstairs to a little party came downstairs, noticed there was food. I ordered a burger and a caesar salad, didn't open my food till I got home. But while I was in front talking with some gentlemen, a wonderful looking piece that came out and they offered me a slice, and I said well I don't mind at all period and it was very good. But my only thing when I got home to open my Caesar salad it was made with iceberg lettuce???? Romaine may cause 4¢more. But I hope...
