So this place is not fully vegan, so as a prior comment says, it shouldn’t get 5 stars… BUT they always have something new and fun for me to try!! For example, their vegan pumpkin cinnamon roll tastes like I swallowed one of those scented pinecones

Pretty disappointed in my experience here! I’ve tried their regular ice cream from the grocery store and loved it and I was craving a milkshake. I got a cookies and cream milkshake with whipped cream (almost $14). It basically tasted like lightly flavored milk. The ratio of ice cream to milk was way off for the price of the shake.
