This has to be the best ice cream in DC! They always have some new unique flavors and the customer service is top tier. I always feel at home when I come to the Van Leeuwen!!!!
So this place is not fully vegan, so as a prior comment says, it shouldn’t get 5 stars… BUT they always have something new and fun for me to try!! For example, their vegan pumpkin cinnamon roll tastes like I swallowed one of those scented pinecones
