So let me tell you about my experience at this ice cream shop right outside of union market me n my girlfriend had just finished grabbing some grub at the market wanted some ice cream decided to give this place a shot since it was the only one open close by..the line was out the door so we are thinking must be really good ice cream we stood in line waiting outside patiently until we got inside about 30 mins later we then realized why this ice cream was taking so long to get our hands on as we observed for the next 10 mins standing inside the building now we saw one young black gentlemen with short dreads coming out of the back of his hat I did not get his name but he was so polite in taking everyone’s order and getting it all together by himself while his coworker continued to act like she was cleaning wiping the counter behind her but not actually doing anything and looking at the line and not helping her coworker….his customer service was more than excellent if that was me I probably would want to quit on the spot with no one helping me and a line out the door he kept a smile and good spirits through the 40 mins I waited to get a milkshake I really hope I am not the only one who sees this this young man deserves more his service was 5 stars for keeping his composure throughout the night the lower rating is for the company you can’t have one guy doing all the work that’s not right.

Van Leeuwen was pretty good ice cream.I usually see this brand in my supermarket, but we wanted to try a couple of different flavors.The person working was on her own, but handled it with aplomb.
