I wish this restaurant is in my city too. 가성비 최고!You can select ingredients. You have to visit here.So kind, and delicious foods.

You stand in line for quite awhile at one of three pasta stations, because your meal is put together and cooked right in front of you. There are different stations for salad, pizza and drinks. Everything is put on a card that they give you upon entry and you pay at the cashier just before you exit by presenting your card.

I went there at 5:00 pm and it wasn’t crowded but after a while people started to come anyway I ordered chicken Alfredo adding broccoli ( my main order) the place is nice and quiet ( both here and the one in Chinatown are amazing and the chefs are professional and friendly as I experienced by visiting both of them multiple times !!! So yeah don’t hesitate and give it a try ( no need to thank me;) you’re welcome

This place is delicious. I love the cafeteria style concept so you can see your food being made.

The restaurant at first glance was nice but the service wasn't very friendly. I got shrimp and chicken with zucchini noodles and it wasn't a lot of food for almost 24 dollars. The meal was supposed to be 14 bucks but they charged and up charge of almost 10 dollars without advising me to give me and opportunity to agree to pay it or change to something less expensive. It was for takeout and the food wasn't bad but for 24 dollars I would expect alot more food. The Atmosphere wasn't very cheerful at all and I didn't feel like comfortable at all. No one greeted us and no one explained how the take out ordering worked. Was very happy with the service or up charge at all.

You order your Italian menu at the counter - cooks prepare your meal in a few minutes in front of you. Fresh ingredients. Fresh and modern interior. And they have a full bar. Modest prices. Good value for your money. Not for your romantic dinner, but ideal with friends, family or just yourself.

Went here for a happy hour. Very warm environment, good service, good drinks, and the food looked great. Unfortunately, it is too loud. Couldn't hear the person sitting across from me which makes for a very awkward and irritating dynamic. Put some noise canceling amenities in the place.

This location is too good for words. Best way to play the game is to go to the bar first, order a drink, then go stand in line for your beautiful meal to be made before your eyes. Add what you want, sip your drink, and don't forget the free freshly grated Parmesan and bread. They always have seating which is posh and feels private, and offers differing styles of conversation. Alone, on a date, or in a group, this place delivers! Choose your own adventure as you tour the restaurant options. Pay at the door on your way out. No wait staff to interrupt or upsale your meal, just stay in or take out- five star experience.

This is a great place. It's a first for me to visit this sort of restaurant. We get to choose the not only the dish but also customize it to our liking. The chefs are polite and have a smiling face. Paying for the meal is the best part. It is optimized for both the restaurant and customer. The food quality is excellent and quantity perfect for lunch.

Delicious food at an amazingly reasonable price for DC dining. Interesting concept of stations. You are given a payment card as you enter, then you swipe it at each location you pick up food or drink - be that the bar, the pasta station, the appetizer station, the pizza station, or the salad station. On the plus side, this concept is great for large parties. No more splitting the check 15 ways. The drawback is that you wait in a massive line to get one aspect of your meal if you order pasta because they make each item to order and it takes awhile. We literally stood in the pasta line for 30 minutes. And people in our party who ordered pizza or apps were finished eating by the time we got back with our food. Forget about getting an alcoholic drink if you are dining alone - you'll either finish your drink while standing in line for your food or you'll have to leave your food on a table alone while you go back for your drink. The pizza station gave out buzzers so you could go back up when your pizza is ready. I really think all stations should do this. That being said, our food was so darn good, it was worth the wait!

Uncooked, raw pasta. I told the chef and cashier, they both told me I should have asked the pasta to be cooked twice. How am I supposed to know that? I had to chew each bite like 21 times.

The staff know me by name... I know them by name... They know my order... I know their thoughts on the Popeyes sandwich...
