I celebrated my birthday at Vera Cocina and it was a festive moment. From the moment the Belly Dancing show started, the atmosphere filled with energy. The belly dancing show was a full-body vibe and immersive. The performers didn’t just entertain; they invited us into the rhythm. The energy in the room was electric, thanks to performers who captivated every table and made sure no one felt like a spectator.

If I could wish for one more sparkle, it would be magic to see all the performers adorned in elevated costumes to match the brilliance of their presence. Still, the experience was unforgettable, a celebration of movement, flavor, and connection. Highly recommend for anyone looking to turn a meal into a moment.

1. Several food items came out cold. They were clearly held at the pass too long.
2. The environment of the restaurant was extremely cold. I like my rooms cold and I was very uncomfortable.
3. We were auto-grated for a party of two. This was not removed when requested. This substantially exceeds the level of service we received.

Such a wonderful brunch spot with so many unique and delicious dishes! The best part? The show! The dancers brought incredible energy, lighting up the room and even getting the crowd up and dancing—it turned brunch into a full-on party. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, which made the whole experience feel even more special. Just know there’s a $25 fee for the show and a 22% automatic gratuity, but honestly, the lively atmosphere and entertainment made it totally worth it!

We had such a wonderful experience at Vera Cocina! Kevin was absolutely fantastic he explained the menu in detail, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt welcome from the moment we sat down. He checked in on us multiple times without ever being intrusive, and his service truly elevated our evening.

On top of that, the food was amazing every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The only regret we had was forgetting our leftovers 😭😭! We’ll definitely be back and will be asking for Kevin again.

The whole place is so fun, great ambiance, the food is delicious. We were thrown off that service charges were added to three different places on our bill.

I came here for dinner with friends. While the food tasted quite good, I had to flag down a server to take our order over half an hour after being seated. We spent 2 hours and 45 minutes at this restaurant, along with over $77 per person plus drinks. I can also confirm that the waits weren’t due to the cooking, as the portions were approximately half the size that a restaurant half the price would’ve provided. All in all, you’d be throwing hours of your time, fistfuls of cash, and your caution to the wind to go here.

We went for restaurant week and left disappointed. The service was really slow, we spend almost two and a half hours there. I got the fattoush which was good and for the main I got the cauliflower steak. The cauliflower steak came with no protein, it was just a slab of cauliflower on a plate. To make things more insulting it was the same price as the meat options which came with a side. The food was very expensive and the portions small, I left feeling hungrier than I was going in.
