Unable to eat beef anymore, I was surprised how delicious the chicken pho was. The broth was savory, with all the spice notes of the beef version. They also had great service and a clean and comfortable environment.

This definitely the worst service ever. They messed up our order by giving us a wrong item then made us drive all the way back for a refund instead of offering alternative accommodations. When we get there he offers a full refund on whole order then changed mind and makes us reswipe card for what wasn’t messed up? We asked if we could just get what we ordered the next day on the house but manager kept saying no. Typically if the restaurant makes a mistake it’s their responsibility to be kind enough to make it up. The customer service is terrible while the food is decent it’s not worth the headache. Also the vibe is just completely off. Go to Pho14 down the street instead..

Was racially profiled by the lady. Walked into restaurant and a some people walked in behind me and I was looked over and they were taken care of then she went to the back. Another group came in and she came back and tried to help them and me and the other party confronted her. Then she pretended like she never saw me and said sorry how I can help you.

The first time me and my family visited this restaurant, we were met with friendly staff who treated us very well. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was very chill. I will definitely be visiting again in the near future and I will be leaving with a to go plate😊

We love the food here and order often. Some very good vegan options. Lemongrass Tofu is a favorite. I do need to call out that they seem to be continuously adding fewer mushrooms to the dish every time. In the stir fry veggies we used to get 5-6 shiitake mushroom. They cut that down to maybe three, and this order we got only one and a half. Come on guys, please stop skimping on the mushrooms.

They were more interested in their own mobile phone than to serve customers. This time food was below average. We won’t be coming back again
