If I'm telling you no coffee in my matcha that's because one of your staff insist that it belongs. There is also a bland matcha with no sweetener and somehow someone thinks it should be sweet.

I get my food here all the time for lunch one of their busiest times, and they’ve never failed me! Hogies are always delish and their drinks, 10x better than starbucks. If they make a mistake they are always more than willing to fix it, and today was the first one since months that i’ve been coming here for lunch. they get the job done and it’s always yummy.

They never haveAny breakfast sandwich like I work at the Wholefoods next to it and for the past 7 months I’ve only been able to buy like 3 and it’s just not breakfast sandwiches they’re always low on everything, like how ?????

It is hard for me to tag a WaWa with only two stars, but this location is far from a typical experience.1st: Only one flavor of coffee was available when normally in WaWas there are at least five.2nd, the store seemed dirty and unorganized.3rd the staff was annoyed that I asked for someone to check me out. They were busy talking and smoking in the store.4th the sandwiches we received were barely Subway decent.This entire Wawa needs to closed, cleaned, staff terminated.

Unfathomably terrible. Got there at 12 PM, they’re out of all food except avocado toast and bacon. How is that possible at a 24 hour store? And naturally, the staff were absolutely nasty to me when I asked about other food options. I genuinely don’t understand how a store that serves primarily as a foodservice establishment, can be out of food. Definitely do not waste your time here.

I work real close to here and go here for breakfast/lunch almost every day. My food is always made quickly and is very tasty. Service and atmosphere is what you’d expect from a convenience store. I think all the negative reviews say more about the local community than about the store or the staff. Chevy Chase, Spring Valley, etc. are mostly populated with ultra-affluent but grumpy Boomers who claim to be Democrats but will only vote for politicians who keep their taxes low and their property values high. The student body of American University is 99% entitled white kids from New England who didn’t have the grades to get into Georgetown. Don’t take my word for it; you can Google “racist history Chevy Chase” or “American University racial incidents.” This place is almost entirely staffed by people of color and it’s no coincidence this place is badly reviewed as a result. As long as you’re not fussy, spoiled, and know how to work a touch screen, this location is great.
